The hotel was very clean, prompt & room service was great. The location could have been much better. Not very concienoent to go everywhere. The only have valet service, so dont park yourself.

Staff was unable or unwilling to help and many of the staff could not speak English well so communicating was difficult. They allowed charges to my account for things I did not use or get or authorize. They fraudulently billed me for services I did not receive or authorize.

Probably was super nice, I do think with all that your paying the tv could be better it was older and didn’t make it look modern but overall I loved the property the view was beautiful to wake up too and super close to everything.

An upscale hotel but definitely worth the money to spend. Diya was very friendly when we checked in Friday afternoon. The head of valet parking, didn't get his name was suoer friendly. I enjoyed talking with him and cutting up. He gave us a good hospitality feeling. This is one hotel that i will come back to for future events.

Our room was dirty, we ordered room service it was late and partially served. Items not worth listed prices. We were double charged for valet, we had to have an uncomfortable conversation with a manager named Romone in food and beverage. He was not nice to say the least. Beds were uncomfortable, we found urine stains on one mattress. House keeping did there best, I’m sure it’s hard when the furniture is outdated and worn. We particularly enjoyed a house keeper named Ms. Mary, she was not assigned our floor but she went above and beyond to try to accommodate us. Sandra (supervisor of housekeeping) did try to fix our unhappiness with the cleanliness. Sadly I still had to rate the hotel with one star. The refrigerator had things that were spilled in it, the dust surrounding the refrigerator was thick. The drawers had spilled liquid on them as well. The mirror had permanent dirt marks. Please search other hotel choices. Don’t be fooled by pictures or videos from tiktok as we were.

Breakfast was really good and the pool was nice. Not much for a view from the room. Jay was very welcoming and friendly!
