They tried to double charge me for my room, I still have not received an itemized bill. A select few staff were extremely nice! However others were not rude but definitely felt inconvenienced by me.

Decent location from the congress center. Generally a good hotel for business travelers. Most frustrating thing is the lack of free bottled water.

Good location in downtown. Hotel is clean and stylish. It has a restaurant downstairs. Convenient to move around downtown area. You need to take two elevators to go to guest room.
