Reserve una suite con jacuzzi, mi esposa no puede subir escaleras, me dieron una habitación común abajo y no me ajustaron precio alguno, eso en mi pueblo se le llama de otra manera. El hotel es bonito y los cuartos están bien, pero el servicio, sobre todo de recepción es infame. Deben de avisar que son elitistas y que las personas con discapacidad física no son bienvenidas

La cesina muy dura. Extra de huevos estrellados en 150 pesos!!! Costos excesivos de alimentos Pésima carta de vinos Alberca fría Mal olor en el baño habitación Serví bar no servía. Calentaba en lugar de enfriar Mucho ruido en la madrugada del domingo porque hacían mantenimiento. No dejaban dormir

El Luna Canela fue el lienzo para la boda de nuestros sueños. Mi boda civil fue en la fuente del caballito y para mi fue un sueño decir mis votos al atardecer. Rosalba la manager y todo su staff fueron la milla extra por nosotros y nuestros invitados. Tuvimos un desayuno para mis damas y un lugar especial para que las maquillaran antes de su check in. Además de que todas las sugerencias que nos dio fueron atinadisimas. La wedding planner qué nos recomendó, el juez, etc. Los jardines del hotel son super instagrameables. De hecho ahí hicimos el first look y las sesiones con los damos de honor. Pero debo decir que mis amigas no podían esperar y se tomaron fotos desde que llegaron en la fuente del spa. Los damos con sus novias se la pasaron en la alberca todo el día muy contentos. Las habitaciones son super amplias. Y la master suite tiene billar y jacuzzi. Vi a mi cuñado enseñarle a jugar billar a mi sobrina. Y nosotros disfrutamos mucho el jacuzzi en nuestro primer día de casados. Sin duda un lugar increíble para hacer recuerdos!

excelente lugar para descanso y la gerente muy amale nos recomendo lugares para conocer. las instalaciones muy limpias y muy acogedoras :) ame el hotel en vdd delicioso para el descanso. me encanto el bar para disfrutar por la tarde

Excelente trato son muy amables y las instalaciones de lujo. Jugamos billar en el cuarto y nos la pasamos increíble. Tenemos que volver. La comida es de lo mejor ya no tuvimos que salir para nada del hotel fue un escape genial de toda la vida de estrés de la ciudad.

Estoy muy decepcionada del servicio. En alguna ocasión me he quedado y he hecho day pass con amigas. Esta vez quise tomar el day pass con mi hija. pedí informes y me los dieron. Costos y de lunes a jueves solo aplica. A la semana intenté reservar y que no habia disponibilidad a pesar que estaba en los dias disponibles . Hoy vuelvo a querer reservar y otra vez lo mismo. Les digo entonces que dia tienen disponible y ya no me contestaron. Ultima vez que intento algo con este Hotel y su pésimo servicio. 😡

Me encanto todo, el único detalle es que la alberca se calienta con paneles solares por lo que muchas veces no está caliente. Te informan desde que llegas. De ahí en fuera excelente servicio, excelente trato en el restaurante y en el spa muy amables.

Excelente servicio. El trato es muy bueno. Nos gustó mucho el hotel. Hay una habitación con billar y es muy divertido. Necesitábamos un poco de ayuda con nuestro viaje y la encargada de Relaciones públicas nos asesoró, muy agradecidos. Excelente opción
