Atsugi Urban Hotel Reviews

I loved the bright, clean, all-glass lounge area near the lobby—it's a great spot to set up a laptop and work. It was pouring rain during my stay, so heading down there in the morning to drink coffee and read a book was a lifesaver. My room was super comfortable and clean, and the street view actually made the space feel a lot larger. The hallways and elevators were also spotless, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. Plus, the location is great: just a 10-minute walk from the train station, with a bus stop right in front and a convenience store nearby.

Highly recommended! It's quiet and the room is clean. There's a convenience store downstairs, and just a short walk away is a street with great food and entertainment options. Definitely worth trying. I'll stay here again next time I visit.

The room was beautiful and came fully equipped with all amenities. I was very impressed with the incredibly attentive service from the front desk staff. The bed was comfortable, and the warm bathtub was a convenient addition.

Bad experience with trip.com. first was oversea and they informefd they need to change my hotel and didnt book back the one with breakfast and couldnt resolve issue. Trip.com worst service.

Clean, good service , convenient

We used this hotel for our second night. We had a huge amount of luggage, but being able to leave it with them before check-in was a huge help!

While the facilities felt a bit dated, the front desk staff were very polite and helpful, which left a positive impression.

I booked at the last minute, but I'm glad I was able to find a room that met my requirements!

I used this hotel for a business trip, and it was very convenient as there was a convenience store right next door! The breakfast buffet had both Japanese and Western options, and it was delicious.
