It's ok in every aspect. It's clean and hygienic. Although it's newly opened, I feel that the smell has almost disappeared. It's very close to international departures and next to Novotel. Uber cannot be called to the hotel door. You need to wait at a special waiting area next to the airport, but it is not far. It may only take two or three minutes to walk there.

Room are small, toilet is small, only thing is close to airport. Booked 4 rooms can only found 2 booking records, too me long to sort it out. Walking distance to countdown supermarket, shops and restaurants. In term of price not cheap at all.

Booked a suite for 7 people, with a double bed and a single bed in the two rooms and a sofa bed in the other. The location of the hotel is close to the airport, there is an airport shuttle bus, there is McDonald's nearby, and it is convenient to go there when it is late.

I stayed at the property on the 5th February 2023, in Auckland for work. The checkin process was easy, the room was new, clean and pleasant But at 12.30am i was woken to somebody trying to get into my room. I thought they had the wrong room and would realise but then i heard the lock go and the door started to open which is when i jumped out of bed and stopped the person from coming through. He was standing there with a key in his hand and a bag. He said he thought the room was empty !!! In the morning i looked at the door handle and there was nowhere on the door that a key could be inserted they were opened with a card I reported this to the reception in the morning and told them to check the cameras in the building, the response i got back was not good enough and i was told there was a night porter on. I didn't see a night porter on the property If a guy can access my room in the middle of the night then that means that myself and my belongings were not safe at this property I sent them a follow up email last week and have heard nothing from them

The swimming pool was green with algae, also a rusty BBQ in the pool area - note pool area was closed!. The paths leading to the units was overgrown with plants and shrubs, I was concerned that I may trip on overgrowth.The TV didn't work, the curtains were hanging off the track, the chair had a massive hole in the seat, there was no microwave, nothing in the under bench fridge ie no water or milk. At least the bed was comfortable. Would I recommend this accommodation - NO.

Booked for 26.1.23 however hotel booked 23rd - neither they or I picked the mistake till I tried to check in today - no calls from the hotel on 23rd asking where I was - had rooms available tonight but I had to pay another $170 even though I already paid $170 for a room that I never used on the 23rd - manager was rude and unreasonable - yep they made a mistake and booked wrong date and I made a mistake by not checking the booking date however they got $170 out of me for a room I never used - at no stage on the 23rd did they call or email me to ask where I was - poor customer service for sure - we all make mistakes but to stand and tell me that they have rooms avail tonight but I have to pay again is an insult -

The facilities are also good, the rooms are large and well equipped, and the sheets and towels are clean and tidy. The service attitude from the driver to the reception is good.
