Great for business travel and leisure. Clean, well maintained and well equipped room with comfortable bed.Good location in the CBD city.The staff are friendly and helpful making the stay a very pleasant one.

If it wasn't for the location, I'm not sure I'd feel the place was worth the money. There's nothing wrong with the hotel, but they charge a premium due to being attached to the Sky Tower. Amenities are nice but some of the furniture seemed worn. There was a bit of upselling at check-in for a harbour view. If you need a decent place to stay and you feel the allure of the Tower, go for it. If you're looking for worth-the-money, I would say consider options.

Looked like a nice room on the top floor, a bit worn out. Door Minibar was hanging and scratches the wooden floor, but the rest was oké. Except one big problem during the night: mice or rats where running through the walls / on the ceiling. I couldn’t sleep because of it. Wouldn’t book again.

Facilities: Pretty good Environment: Quite convenient, there are places to eat nearby. Service: Normal, nothing to complain about, nothing exceptional.

Superb, so much choice for food, excellent pool and sauna. Comfy big room.

It was really clean and good the tidy itself. The view was really good as can see the sky tower. Service at the hotel was really good and quick as well.

Fantastic hotel right in the CBD centre. Lovely staff and service from beginning to end and the gym/pool facilities exceeded my expectations. Definitely staying here again when I come back :)

Repeating breakfast served daily n very expensive parking fees if book thru 3rd party website. Perhaps to look into the F&B served in the morning n also In-Room Dining menus as limited choices n pumpkin n maple soup really too sweet n not compatible. Need to update more choices of food for In-Room dining. Other than that, the service n room cleaning was superb n fast n all waiters r very friendly n courteous including the officer in charge during check in n check out. Thanks

Absolutely loved the Grand Sky City. Only downside was the check in and check out service. It would be best to have a self service system or more staff on the counter. Apart from that my family will definitely be back again.

Came for Valentines and thoroughly enjoyed our time. Thank you to all the staff who worked so hard
