Hands down, it was the best! Awesome! The room view, kitchen facilities, and utensils were all top-notch. It's the best hotel experience I've had to date!

This is an apartment hotel located in the city center. The hotel is clean and tidy, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a capsule coffee machine, though there are no cooking condiments. The hotel's location is excellent, making it convenient to walk to the pier and Sky Tower. The Woolworths supermarket is also just a 500-meter walk away.

Dirty. The pillowcases and duvet covers smelled of sweat, even if they're changed after every guest, it suggests they might be damp. There was a large dead bug on the bathroom floor. The bathtub was broken and couldn't hold water. The coffee machine was greasy. The upside is its central location – you can walk everywhere, and it's surprisingly quiet despite being in the heart of the city. The room is well-equipped with a washing machine, microwave, oven, and toaster. The TV supports screen mirroring, and the space is large, with separate living and sleeping areas. There's also a small balcony and good water pressure in the shower.

It's decent, just that the facilities are a bit old. The environment and service are good though.
