Waited for more than a hour to get pur room keys and the room was so hot and the air con did not work

First room wasn't ready on top of that didn't end up getting the room I originally booked I booked a room with 2 beds but ended up in a room with one bed I looked for so long to get a room with 2 beds so I'm not at all happy about getting the room they ended up giving me

Hotel is really good.
Receptionist need bit more training on how to be good with the customer.
Came for check out , vehicle wheels were locked by the hotel morning staff. Night staff told that we can park on any three parking lots infront of the building. No hand over notes b/w night staff and morning staff.

The apartment was mostly clean, except there was an awful sewage smell from the shower drain and open medical ampules on the desk by the TV.
Amenities in kitchen basic. We only had 2 drinking glasses for 3 of us. I assume those were for my 2 kids, and the wine glass was for myself the adult.

No air con but we knew that and it was ok for that time of year, come summer it would good.
Bathroom was a hazard ⚠️ health and safety nightmare…. Shower head moved back quickly therefore flooding the floor of the bathroom. Big drop to get out of the bath - could slip on water .. of stand and hurt yourself on big door stop
