Heartland Hotel Auckland Airport

This is my third time staying here, and it remains consistently satisfactory. They proactively asked if we needed a shuttle service for the next day. The room was clean and tidy, with plenty of charging outlets which made it very convenient for us. It's an ideal transit hotel. Recommended. The air conditioner is also new. Very satisfied.

Although it's a bit far from the airport, the free 24-hour airport shuttle makes it quite convenient. The hotel environment is decent, cleanliness is well-maintained, and it's relatively quiet. It's a great choice if you have an early morning flight.

The hotel offers an airport shuttle, which was very convenient. When I called, they said it would be a 20-minute wait, but it actually arrived almost right away. At the hotel restaurant, burger or fish and chips combos cost around NZD 30—the portions are huge and will leave you stuffed. Breakfast didn't have a wide selection, but it was enough to fill you up.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was spacious. It was very convenient for catching an early flight, with a free shuttle service to and from the airport. Check-in was easy, and they stored our luggage for us. The shuttle driver in the morning was very helpful with our bags and very friendly.

Not far from the airport, and the best part is they have a shuttle bus, so no worries about catching an early flight. The shuttle even had a trailer attached for luggage, which was a thoughtful touch. The hotel itself is quite large and even has a pool, though unfortunately, I didn't have time to relax there.

Overall, it was decent, but the airport pick-up was incredibly slow. I had already planned my route beforehand and was walking towards the pick-up area, only to find out the driver hadn't even left yet when I reached the parking lot. The service quality is incomparable to what you'd find domestically.

The room was spacious and clean. The airport shuttle service was very convenient, and the driver who took me to the airport in the early morning was exceptionally responsible.

Our last stop in New Zealand was this airport hotel, and it completely exceeded our expectations!
