The hotel's location was fantastic! It was within walking distance of the station and also had a bus stop nearby, making it super easy to get to various shops and attractions. Our room faced the highway, so there wasn't much of a view, but we honestly didn't hear any car noise at all, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was actually bigger than I expected and very clean, which I really appreciated.

Absolutely perfect for what we were looking for and needed. So close to the hub of Newmarket, so fantastic location. Great price for what we needed, as we just wanted somewhere nice, clean and walkable to restaurants. Great service from the frontdesk who was able to let us into our carpark and room early and agreed for us to leave our car there for a few hours on checkout day. Stellar stay, would definitely recommend and we very much plan to be back. Only tiny tiny comment was that I came away with no body/hand lotion and there was none in the room, but the other provided products were great and special mention to the provided hairdryer, it was great!

Had a great stay! The room is clean and my requests of 2 single bed congiguration and extra pilliwd were given to me. The location is so good as well. Will definitely stay again

The room was clean, the shower hot, the bed comfortable and the air con powerful - all the things you expect in a mid/budget range hotel. But what really set this one out form the others were the staff. So friendly and helpful. I arrived very early (9am) so my room wasn't ready so they stored my luggage for me and I came back later. They had already put my bags in my room for me ready. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Whilst I'd expect that in a top hotel, that sort of going the extra distance I don't usually find in a mid/budget range. I would stay again

Check in was after 2pm, advised we could have a 11am check out next day, which we appreciated, however got a message on my phone at 10.15am to say our room wasn't vacated and that our checkout was 10am. Apart from that, excellent service and room clean.

Basically more an apartment hotel with minimal service. Even room service is not daily and needs to be requested. Car parking is NZ$30 a day. Don’t expect too much other than a room to stay. I had the bigger room which came with a small kitchenette and clothes washing machine and dryer. For the price you could live anywhere in the city at better branded hotels. I stayed here as it was near where my meetings were.
