Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Narbonne Centre ★★★★
"I appreciate the accommodation here. Almost everything was perfect. Narbonne doesn't have a famous attraction, but it's a great place to quietly enjoy the view of southern France, but I couldn't, because my mother was sick. If my mother had a healthy body, we would have made more good memories. The way a sick person sees the world is bound to change. It is inevitable that the son's heart is given a perfect score to those who were kind to the sick mother and a zero score to those who were unkind."
Hôtel le Donjon - Cœur de La Cité Médiévale ★★★★
"Very friendly. Quiet at night. Breakfast and the kitchen manager were great."
Adonis Carcassonne
"The location was great, at the foot of the hill under La Cite, ideal for our purposes but maybe a bit of a walk from La Bastide, so it depends on the focus of your trip, La Cite vs La Bastide. Our booking came with breakfast included, so it was very good value for that price but I'd have been unimpressed if I was paying the quoted breakfast price for what I felt was a very basic continental breakfast. There are no facilities to speak of, and there was no atmosphere or craic when we returned in the evenings but that's ok, maybe that's just a cultural thing. My main gripe would be that while our booking said that check-in was 3pm there was no indication on the booking that the premises are actually locked up between 1-3pm. Our flight arrival had us at the Adonis before 2pm and we had to wander around for an hour with our luggage. Not a huge inconvenience bit still a bit irritating. Still had a fabulous trip."
Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Carcassonne ★★★
"The shower head in the bathroom doesn't have a fixed rod, and you have to hold it with your hands, which is very inconvenient"
Premiere Classe Carcassonne ★★
"Hotel with excellent quality/price ratio."
SOWELL HOTELS Les Chevaliers ★★★★
"Facilities: Very good Hygiene: Very good Environment: Very good Service: Very good. Suitable for family leisure and vacation, breakfast is also very rich, the family feels very comfortable, the room is relatively large, and there is a balcony, which is suitable for children's activities."
Chateau des Ducs de Joyeuse, BW Signature Collection ★★★★
"A magnificent property (castle), with a great pool where you can relax. The rooms are a bit dated, but the bed is comfortable. The bathroom, toilet (smell!), and shower are great; the service/reception could be friendlier. Parking costs €15.00, and there's nothing going on in the village."
O'Bonheur de Hamma ★★★
"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and it is very good to be a place at Agnes when it arrives."
Ibis Budget Castelnaudary - A61 ★★
"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable."

Campanile Carcassonne Est - la CITÉ
"Well, a little inconvenient, but overall good. The portion isn't large."
La Scierie
"The owner is very friendly, excellent welcome. I recommend the place."
Maison du Coquelicot
"What an amazing place. The location is perfect for cyclists and solo travellers alike. The comfiest bed I have ever slept in, and the meals are fantastic. Seriously, this is a real gem - and they also offer great activities that you can do while you are there too (wine tasting, smartphone photography tours, cycling photography tours, etc)."
Suite 28
La Résidence du Château de Jouarres
"The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable."
Le 19-21 - Un Amour d'Hotel
"We spent 2 nights in a very dark damp concrete room. Very stark. Lighting totally inadequate. Bathroom was adequate, breakfast was all cold food but good variety."
Hotel Pont Levis - Franck Putelat
"We were walking to the Carcassonne fortress with our children when my five year old suddenly and urgently needed a bathroom. We stopped at this hotel, which was nearby, and politely asked to use the restroom. In response, a staff member yelled at us, rudely pointed at the door, and said we weren’t guests, so “that’s your problem.” My child was standing right there and heard all of it. When I explained that my child urgently needed a toilet, the response was the same: not our problem. A minute later, another staff member came out, apologized for his colleague’s behavior, and calmly told us the nearest public restroom was just around the corner. The whole situation could have been resolved kindly and easily from the start, but someone at this hotel chose to shout at and humiliate a mother with a young child instead. I’d genuinely like to ask other readers: is this an acceptable way to treat people, especially a parent with a small child in distress? Does a hotel that allows its staff to treat visitors this way deserve trust or a good reputation?"
Hôtel de l'Octroi
"We were relocated to another partner hotel in the same location. Breakfast exceeded expectations with a view of the side of the fortified city. The only downside was the strong smell of paint in the room. Other than that, perfect. The best stay of the trip."
Hôtel de la Cité Carcassonne - MGallery Collection
"The location of the hotel is great👍Super good, the back garden is close to the city wall, the restaurant's dishes are absolutely delicious, worthy of being a Michelin"
Ibis Styles Castelnaudary
"The room was spacious and we took advantage of the pool. Abundant and varied breakfast. We had dinner in the restaurant and the service was a little slow because it was full but the food was good."
Hôtel Montmorency & Spa
"We just completed a stay at this hotel after staying overnight to visit the castle. It was conveniently located near the castle, breakfast was lovely with fresh juice, bread, and some fruit. However, you do have to pay for parking which I might have missed! The room was clean and spacious."
Hotel du Chateau et Spa Carita
"Right next to the Navarre gateway. The location cannot be beaten. Well laid out and organised for visitors to the Citadel. Breakfasts had lots of locally produced items."
Ibis Carcassonne Est la Cité
"The hotel is 30-40 minutes from the train station and 25-30 minutes from the castle. Overall, it was fine, but we couldn't get the air conditioning to heat, and it was quite chilly, about 20°C. There were some issues with the lock, but they were quickly resolved. Breakfast wasn't very varied."
Tribe Carcassonne
"The hotel faces Carcassonne Castle, offering decent night views. However, aside from that, I was truly dissatisfied. The room's color scheme was indescribable. Cleanliness was also poor. The shower in the bathroom had no partition, so water just kept splashing through. The hotel breakfast was extremely bad. It was the worst hotel I stayed in during the entire trip."
Ibis Styles Carcassonne la Cité
"Hotel located in an excellent position for visiting the medieval city."
The Originals City, Hôtel le Puech, Narbonne
"quiet outskirts of the city, convenient only by car, but parking is excellent, safe, room is clean, modern and comfortable, tomorrow is really very modest and you need to carry trays"
