Am Abreisetag hat das Housekeeping bereits ab 8:30 Uhr mehrmals stündlich an die Türen im Flur geklopft. Dadurch wurde ich (und auch die Zimmernachbarn) ständig geweckt und konnte nicht mehr ausschlafen, obwohl die offizielle Check-out-Zeit erst um 12 Uhr war. Normalerweise ist es nicht erforderlich, am Abreisetag eine „Bitte nicht stören“-Karte aufzuhängen, da davon auszugehen ist, dass Gäste bis zur Check-out-Zeit ungestört bleiben möchten. Dieses Verhalten war daher sehr störend und hat meinen Aufenthalt am Ende leider negativ beeinflusst.

The rooms were compact and well designed, with the washbasin in the bedroom, whilst the shower unit and toilet were in the bathroom (saving space). The double bed was comfortable with rectangular (not square) pillows. The reception staff was helpful. We had three rooms, nicely located next to each other. It was quiet and parking was easy. Breakfast was very good with a choice of teas/coffees/fruit juice, with pastries, cereals and (coloured) hard-boiled eggs, cheese and ham. Recommended!

Good hotel close the train station, but you don't hear the trains, quite easy to find. The rooms and bathrooms were clean rooms (just like in other Ibis hotels). Free parking in front of the hotel. It is about 20 minutes walk to the vity centre.

Usually use IBIS hotels in England .. booked for a stay here thinking it was the same quality .. it is not. Tiny room with a bunk bed on top of the bed, very difficult to get into bed Wash basin in the bedroom Shower and toilet literally a cupboard, pillows terrible. Breakfast very very basic cheap meat nothing hot. No food or drink at the hotel only a vending machine ..

Very clean and stagg are extremely friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were only too happy with helping us boom taxis and translating as we had no German. The hotel is about 10 minute walk to city centre. Some good local small restaurants about .
