The hotel is close to Charles de Gaulle Airport, and the hotel provides breakfast for an additional 9 euros. The boss is Chinese and quite polite. But the waiters are all French, so they should be Arabs.

Disrespectful service. When we criticize anything we are told that it is paid for by our company and that it does not matter! 28€ for 3 shrimps with a ball of rice! The cooking is not respected The unreasonable price To avoid There is no kitchen in this restaurant

One of the worst experiences of my life: Hotel chosen in a professional context and only for its proximity to the Aulnay sous bois station. A horrible reception: I found myself faced with a very unpleasant person who quickly raised his voice and threw my ID in my face. No patience and no sense of professionalism. Rude and rude person. Once in the room, I was torn between the smell of urine, the mold on the ceiling and the disgusting smell of cold tobacco. No heating and a humidity level to scare away customers. The walls oozed giving off a nauseating smell of cigarettes. 6 months pregnant, I actually threw up in disgust. I ended my stay earlier than planned - the hotel is not to be advised against … but to AVOID! The price is a shame. The staff are a disgrace The stars of this hotel are a disgrace. . And I don't intend to stop there. On good terms.

Already in the entrance area it smelled quite "used". The room stank of cigarette smoke. Everything totally messed up. Under the bed is not clean laughed, skirting boards, windows filthy. Shower super narrow and totally dirty. All in all, I left earlier because it was unbearable. If you open the window, the smell of smoke from the smokers below in front of the hotel comes in straight away. In the evening an unbridled noise from some bad clubs or from the parking lot. The air conditioning works at least and is reasonably quiet. Disadvantage; it blows directly onto the bed and it can hardly be adjusted differently in the small room. In addition to the great location, it was also positive that the volume of the TV seemed to be limited, so you didn't have to listen to the programs in the neighboring room. But with the noise from the street, that wouldn't be a problem anymore.

Un accueil formidable à l’hôtel du parc à Aulnay-sous-Bois. Un séjour à prix plus qu’abordable. Lieux très bien tenus, chambre spacieuse et service exemplaire. Une proximité avec le RER B, qui facilite le transport. Soucieux de votre vie et pleins de bonnes volontés, ils seront toujours présents, afin de vous venir en aide au mieux. Walid et Vidal s’avaient comment mettre leurs hôtes à l’aise !! Je recommande ce lieu à 100% ( possibilité pour celui qui le souhaite de pouvoir passer le code de la route au sein de cet établissement )

Hôtel fortement déconseillé, l hôtel est d une vétusté inimaginable pour un 3 étoiles. Salle de bain sale , moisissures, peinture écaillée , fuite sur le pommeau de douche. Pas de chauffage avec une humidité, l odeur de tabac froid et j en passe …. Les gens ne doivent pas être là pour dormir vu les bruits perpétuels durant la nuit. Pour couronner le tout, la veille lors de notre arrivée nous avions évoqué le souhait de prendre le petit déjeuner , le mr nous indique une ouverture à 7h00, nous sommes arrivés à 7h30 avons attendu jusqu’à 7h50 personne, nous demandons des explications concernant le petit déjeuner à une personne arrivant pour prendre son service à l’hôtel. Celle ci a été SUPER , elle s est démenée pour nous servir au mieux et est allée elle même à la boulangerie. Une dame très pro et gentille.les consignes qui lui ont été donné par téléphone 1 🥐 par personne mais par contre pas de pain au chocolat et quelques morceaux de pains pour 9,50 par personne. Un autre MR arrive sans même nous dire bonjour mais s’est empressé de vérifier si nous avions bien payé les petits déjeuners. Une dernière personne est arrivée , agréable et s’est excusé. Photos ne correspondent pas du tout à la réalité. HONTEUX ne vaut ni le prix ni les étoiles.
