After a long hike it felt like I landed in a warm bath, this place is unbelievable nice, the warm welcome from the very nice young chef, the beautiful pleasant room with a nice bed and bad. And the lovely food from the restaurant, made with mostly local ingredients, very tasty, chapeau for the kitchen staff. I’ll be back. 👍👍👍

Nous avons dîné au Café Rousse qui est le restaurant du Joséphine. C’était parfait. Des produits locaux de qualité ; truite agneau légumes fromages…; pour une cuisine raffinée presque gastronomique, dans le calme d’un petit village de montagne avec le bruit de la rivière en fond. je recommande vivement.

Le lieu est décoré avec talent, l’accueil d’une gentillesse incroyable (merci Matthieu !!). On a envie d’y séjourner plus longtemps. La literie est très confortable qui plus est et le petit déjeuner sait s’adapter au goût de chacun. Expérience incroyable !! Merci

Le Joséphine est plein de charme, magnifiquement rénové avec manifestement un œil de designer sensible aux moindres détails. Du style, de la beauté, du confort et du silence. Literies d’excellente qualité. On apprend dans le Café Rousse voisin ( excellente cuisine) sur un arbre généalogique au mur que Josepina - qui donne son nom au Joséphine - était la grand mère de Mathieu le propriétaire, qui gère les 2 établissements avec un goût de l’excellence et de la qualité qui rendent le séjour mémorable.

Le propriétaire est d’une gentillesse et très attentionné! De bons conseils pour les clients. Les oreillers et le lit très confortable. Village calme propice au repos. Menu de la table d’hôte délicieux, composés de produits locaux. Bien situé pour les cyclistes, jolies boucles à proximité.
