3rd party booking sites almost always default to a handicap room, I have never had a problem with getting switched to a comparable non-handicap room at check-in, until now. The only way I was going to get switched, was to pay more and "upgrade". Word of caution to anyone needing a handicap room at this Red Roof, there is absolutely no way these rooms are ADA compatible (shower stall is too small, without grab bars or a removable shower head. There are no countertops in the bathroom. No electrical outlets that are accessible without getting on your hands and knees). No breakfast, TV is via FireStick with serious bandwidth issues (constant buffering and rebooting), extremely thin walls (you will hear everyone else), no refrigerator, no microwave, not even an ice bucket or cups.

have me waiting for 1hr in the heat because they couldn't find my reservation plus they gave me a key card that dint even work they gave me 2 to be correct.
