Element North Austin Tech Ridge

I booked 2 consecutive nights but different booking in this hotel. Which is two times 1 night. No cash payment is allowed there. No tap payment with credit card as well. Trip.com wasn’t mentioning it when they say: “payment at the property”. So absolutely no info regarding this at any time. I got the same problems 2 times since I had to check out and recheck in despite the fact that I was keeping the same room. Management wasn’t open to make the customer life easier and just stick to retaking a second deposit (without releasing the first one first). Ice on the cake is that cleaning of the room wasn’t done and/or change of towel. Service overthere is far from being up the task when it comes to satisfy the customers, they just stick to their regulation hidding behind it.

I stayed here for five nights while on business. The hotel is brand new so all the amenities and room conditions were great. The front desk staff and other employees were all pleasant. I was upgraded to a suite overlooking the pool. The one very small issue was that on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday there was music playing around the pool which stayed on into the night. While it was a big bother to me, I could see it being an issue for light sleepers. I believe it turned off around 10pm. I didn’t notice it the other days/nights.
