The primary bedroom has a king bed (Sleeps 2) with a private 55” Smart Roku TV. Upstairs bedroom #1 has a queen bed (2) and twin bed (1). Upstairs bedroom #2 has a full bed (2) and twin daybed (1). With 2 full bathrooms and a powder room, your group will have plenty of space. The primary suite has a spacious wet area with a luxurious soaking tub for maximum relaxation. Lite means it is igniting not that it is on low. - In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. - Please use the left driveway for unit 1 ONLY. Please do not let the cars sit into the sidewalk from the driveway for ADA regulatory reasons. Please make sure all drivers in your party understand that only the left driveway with the carport is available for parking for the home. The right driveway and the Electric Vehicle charging station belong to our neighbors in unit 2. If you park in front of their driveway or in the driveway of unit 2 you will be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. HVAC Rules: Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
