This was a great spot near all the great restaurants and bars all within walking distance of the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Austin.

Amazing location! So many great restaurants within a few blocks, cafes for the perfect morning brew. I loved the walkability, didn't need a car the whole weekend. Easy bike ride or uber to UT for the football game. Check out Via 313 next door, that pizza is fire!

Great Stay! This is my second time at Studio Haus. The staff and the property is what keeps me coming back. Kasa has made it easy to check-in early and check out late when my flight got delayed on my most recent trip. The front desk staff is super welcoming and the rooms are always spotless.

This hotel was great! Location is right in the middle of tons of great restaurants and bars, plus easy to get to the rest of the city, I used uber/Waymo and the scooter rentals for further places. I appreciate the free room upgrade, it even had a washer/dryer in unit! Cool building with very friendly employee downstairs during the daytimes until 10pm-ish. Great rooftop space too, amazing view, pics below! Fair warning to those who need to sleep in silence, this may not be for you. My room had a great noise maker, and if you sleep with TV on it’ll be fine, but there will be some nighttime noise from loud music at the bars. I personally had no issues falling or staying asleep.

Great location in the middle of restaurants and bars on The Eastside. Very Clean and as described and seen in photos, concierge desk very nice, polite, and eager to assist.

Phenomenal experience. Brand new place had everything I needed. Virtual assistant is very responsive, rooms are cute, neat and super reasonable for the price. Had a wonderful stay.
