It is fresh and redone. Great room. Still under some construction. Only 2 hangers in my room and no extra in the hotel. They did say rooms were being opened ahead of schedule which lead to the lack of hangers. In the nicest way I suggested have someone run to the store and get some. That is what I did because I did need them for my suite and shirts.

The hotel needs to update their listing here to note that due to construction the pool and fitness center were not available. Both amenities were reasons why I booked this hotel for a weekend stay. I got a call the day before checkin from the hotel to notify me about this but I could not cancel at that point so I had a disappointed child for the weekend. Otherwise the room itself was nice.

We sat outside in the heated patio. My suggestion is for the north side where the smokers congregate. There needs to either have a plexiglass piece inserted on the gate or that area moved away. The smoke was terrible coming into the patio area. we finished our drinks rather fast to escape it. One Doubletree takes over, maybe they will have a better idea. It is always nice to come home to Austin. Also our server, Dusty. Was fantastic!!!!!!!! Kind regards

Property is under renovations. Amenities (pool and fitness center) not available. No elevator, access to conference center had to be made by exiting hotel and reentering at a different door.

Stayed here specifically for the EV charging. Staff was friendly, room was clean but could use updating.

Staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Website did not tell us it was under construction. Hot tub out of commission! Paint on inside of bathroom door peeling. Toilet seat not secured. Switch for tub jets not secure - unsafe. Kleenex poor quality.
