The suite that has been prepaid was actually sold when I checked in. Although Ctrip immediately negotiated, the room type I originally booked was still not available, and the hotel's attitude was very bad.

Unfriendly front desk man. When husband called because the tv didn’t work, he said he would be right there. 45 minutes later husband walked down to front desk. Desk clerk was visiting/flirting with a woman. The door on the side of the building, right by our room. Husband told front desk. Front desk person was not concerned. Then husband had to change rooms because our room flooded due to a toilet issue in another room. While all of this is happening I am in the hospital having my heart worked on. Very stressful.

The service was awesome. They tended to my needs. This was the first time I traveled alone which made me a little nervous but they made my stay very enjoyable and I felt safe during my stay. The staff were all very helpful and courteous. I will definitely stay here again in the future.

I requested king size bed but received double queens. The hotel is close to downtown and neighboring businesses.

Hotel was clean and quiet. The staff was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The only gripe I have is because I chose this hotel because of the indoor pool and the pool was out of services the 3 days we were there. They should give notice about that. Otherwise this was a good place to stay.

Room was very clean and very comfort. Stayed in a bedroom suite and was spacious and comfortable. Only drawback was check in - room wasn’t ready early which is no big deal but at 3pm normal check in time still wasn’t ready and waited until 4:30 to get into room.

There was not enough water pressure to shower. Nor enough to run water at the sink. The room was on the third floor. I believe the the clerk was lying to me about broken pipes. Maybe not because I saw the staff hauling clean towels and sheets from elsewhere.
I never saw any plumbers trucks who should have been working on it

Everything appears broken from the elevator to the A/C. No breakfast as promised. Just a store to sell items.
