This is just a gorgeous property. So well kept. Great vibe. The hosts were super friendly and their home made breakfast is just excellent. Everything about this place is top notch. High in the hills, in the trees and the bandicoots will wake you in the morning (friendly as...)

Very quiet and peaceful. Nice cooked breakfast. Our room was fine but COLD. Air con is restricted so it turns off after 30mins. We wished we had brought a blower heater especially for the bathroom. Otherwise all good.

Magic Place, my queen bed was fit for a queen 😇💞 I didn’t want to leave, great place for friendly chatter at breakfast (if you choose), along with a filling full breakfast yummy 😋 Lots of fabulous books to choose from to peruse, glorious gardens to laze in, night time serenity 🦋

Pretty bed and breakfast in the Kalamunda area. Clean, comfortable and relaxing accommodation with a lovely garden - we enjoyed the birds and bandicoots coming in the morning. The accommodation includes 5-6 rooms or 'suites' (each with ensuite - some with bathtubs) as well as separate summer house. The suite includes access to the main house with a comfortable sitting and dining area. Hearty cooked breakfast in the morning was well received. Only a few minutes drive (or about 15 minutes walk) to the Kalamunda shops

Beautiful, relaxing and quiet bed and breakfast in the Kalamunda area. Clean and comfortable accommodation on pretty grounds - we enjoyed the birds and bandicoots gathering in the morning. Hearty cooked breakfast. Just a few minutes drive to the Kalamunda shops (though we walked there in 15 minutes)

The breakfasts were outstanding and a wide choice. The lounge room is very welcoming and cozy, another plus was a below ground pool which is hard to locate in the Perth Hills. excellent restaurants and pubs are a a very short drive away or you can stroll there and back, Thankyou for a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing place to stay with a great family feel. Pete & Julia make you feel incredibly welcome. Rooms are spacious and clean with all you could need. Sitting and eating breakfast here beats any commercial hotel you could ever book. Highly recommend and I will be back.
