Very welcoming and comfortable, this is a great place to stay. The facilities are excellent, the food delicious and the host is very friendly. The restaurant is closed for dinner on a Tuesday but there are plenty of restaurants in nearby Millau. Breakfast is typically French. Indoor pool is very welcome after a day out walking in the hills.

Stayed here for 1 night whilst travelling through France as it is very convenient (but quiet) for the motorway. The property is a converted farm, beautifully restored with lovely courtyard and country views . There is an indoor heated pool (free) along with a sauna and hot tub at a small additional cost. Our room was split level with a lounge area and bathroom on the ground floor and bedroom above. All beautifully decorated and equipped with the only thing missing in our view was a fridge. We had dinner there which is a fantastic experience with the very friendly chef explaining all the courses in French and English. Food was fabulous and very good value. We will definitely look to return and stay for longer as there is lots to do in the area.

We stayed here for two nights, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The room was bigger than we expected, very modern and clean, and very well equipped. Mikaël was a very attentive host who gave us some great advice on where to visit, and the dinners both nights, courtesy of chef Edith, were amazing. We really enjoyed meeting the other guests from different countries and talking to them over dinner, and Edith entertained us all with her detailed descriptions of the food in both French and English.

Lovely place, peaceful location in a rural area. Rooms are of a high standard and very clean. Breakfast was lovely and just right for our onward journey. It needs to be clear upon booking that there is a charge to use sauna and hot tub as these are usually included in a small complex such as this. Short drive to Millau and viaduct viewing platform. We would recommend a stay here.

******* and Les Castelles need to make the pool and spa usage very clear in the booking email. There was no mention of charging to use sauna or hot tub or when and if it could be used.

We verbleven 2 dagen in Les Caselles, een heel mooie gerenoveerde boerderij. We werden heel vriendelijk onthaald. Het geheel was een oase van rust, het zwembad was zalig (er waren zelfs handdoeken voorzien), de kamer was heel mooi en net. We hebben regionale specialiteiten geproefd en kregen hieromtrent uitleg van de chef. Het diner was telkens heel lekker!

Etape d'une nuit entre l'île d'Oléron et Nice. L'endroit est magnifique, décoré avec goût, et toutes les prestations sont d'une qualité remarquable, le tout dans un cadre enchanteur. Les propriétaires des lieux sont d'une extrême gentillesse, et la cuisine au top! Quant à la cuisinière, elle vaut à elle seule le coup d'aller dans cet endroit super! Nous comptons y retourner, mais pour plusieurs jours.
