We were traveling in a group and as the lift was down they upgraded us to the better of the hotels in the Strathspey hotel which is part of the Mc Donald group. The room was nice and large very clean although dated. There is not a lot of options in the town apart from this resort. We had dinner in the best of their restaurants on our first night which was very good on our second night we went to one of their other restaurants near the golf course. This was also very good although a taxi ride home. Our only problem was finding where breakfast was on the first morning.

Room not very clean, no hot water, all the taps are blocked. Apart from the guard, no staff is present and no reaction to our dissatisfaction. No restaurant service on site. Obsolete. Very small capacity elevator. Bad smells. To flee...
