I liked the customer service, cleanliness and bed was comfortable. It looked like they iron the bedding. Restroom was also clean and they provided towels, shampoo and body wash. I could walk everywhere from there and there is a market right next to it.

Ubicación buena, intramuros de la ciudad de Ávila, junto a la plaza del mercado chico (plaza del Ayuntamiento) con bastante opción gastronómica cerca, aunque obviamente es imposible aparcar cerca, porque dentro de la muralla, el aparcamiento básicamente no existe, de modo que toca cargar con maletas unos 8 minutos andando hasta el parking más cercano (rastro). Lo malo del establecimiento es que está viejo, colchones y almohadas pésimos, no permiten el descanso, sábanas de las que permiten ver a través de ellas de lo desgastadas que están y olor a lejía que tira para atrás. Bueno, es un hostal en el centro de una ciudad, por lo que esto más o menos me lo esperaba, era para una noche y queríamos estar en el centro así que me decidí por este alojamiento. Lo que no te esperas es que tengas que pedir que por favor enciendan la calefacción porque siendo las 17:00 horas, cayendo el sol en Ávila, a 1 o 2 grados como mucho, los radiadores estén completamente fríos. Es cierto que cuando llegamos a la habitación a dormir, sobre las 22:00 horas, ya estaba un poco caldeada, pero no es agradable que en la madrugada de Ávila, a -2 o -3 grados, te despiertes porque la cara se está quedando helada, pues la calefacción ya se apagó y debes ducharte y cambiarte en una habitación helada. 90€ de habitación por noche para pasar frío no me parece aceptable. Una noche y hasta nunca.

La experiencia ha sido pésima. Sino quieres dormir ve a la habitación 12 de este hostal. He viajado con mi familia a finales de agosto y menos mal que ha sido una noche. Ponía que había TV y no estaba, sin aire acondicionado, una ventana con tres máquinas de aire acondicionado que si ya hace calor más meten esas máquinas, además de ruido. Si nos ponemos hablar del colchón, lo peor de lo peor. Una experiencia demoledora en general. Buena ubicación y la chica y chico muy amables.

Debajo de la ventana 3 motores de aire acondicionado que se encieden y apagan cada 20min con un ruido ensordecedor, la habitación sin aire en pleno agosto... si no quieres dormir es tu sitio La parte buena: limpieza, ubicación y personal de 10.

Hostal muy recomendable si viajas con niños. Hay habitaciones grandes. La ubicación es perfecta, dentro de las murallas y cerca de la catedral, junto a la plaza mayor. La atención es muy buena, el personal es muy amable y simpático. El hostal es muy limpio y las camas muy cómodas. ¡Cuando volvamos a Ávila repetiremos!

Pésimo. Todo deteriorado y sucio.Olor a lejía sucia. Mucho escándalo en la calle y música ambiente un poco alta en los pasillos hasta las 22:30. No volvería nunca. No me ha gustado nada de nada . Me ha dado asco . Te dan un dto para restaurante de cine pero está en la misma línea no merece la pena
