The hotel is located within the scenic area, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The city walls and surrounding area are absolutely stunning; you can easily explore the ancient city on foot. The same attractions offer completely different and breathtaking views during the day and at night.

The room was clean and tidy, and the location within the old town was excellent. The surrounding area has everything you need; restaurants, supermarkets, and ATMs are all within easy reach. The streets were quiet and peaceful in the morning. Highly recommended!

We were very satisfied with the location and price. We drove there from Valencia around 11 PM, and by European standards, check-in usually closes at 10 PM, but the front desk staff were still waiting for us. The hotel environment was stunning, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time.

It's a great hotel. I don't know if it's a former palace. The interior decoration is elegant and very comfortable. The location is in the center of the town, next to the cathedral, so it's very easy to find.

Es un hotel ideal para visitar Avila ,inmejorable ubicación con un excelente servicio tanto en limpieza como en trato personal , en mi próximo viaje a Avila no dudaría en elegir este hotel . Ha sido un viaje agradable y placentero ..

Espaço muito agradável, excelente localização, excelente relação qualidade/ preço. O único senão foi o facto de alguns quartos estarem a ser remodelados e a limpeza das obras deixar algo a desejar.
