We were really looking forward to our stay, especially since it was for a celebration, and we did our best to ensure everything would go smoothly. I made the reservation directly through the hotel’s website and added special requests: a “baby set” for our infant, a room on a higher floor, and, if possible, a nice view to make the occasion even more special. I also clearly mentioned in the message that we were celebrating our anniversary. Of course, we understand that not all requests can be guaranteed—but what was most disappointing is that it became immediately clear upon arrival that our message hadn’t even been read. The hotel didn’t seem prepared to receive guests at all. On top of that, although I had already prepaid the stay through the website, the front desk still charged a €300 “pre-authorization” upon check-in. This turned out not to be a hold, but a direct debit, and I’m still waiting to have that amount refunded. We were assigned a room on the lowest floor with the worst possible view. When I brought up my message and the special requests, including the baby kit, it was clear the staff had not checked it at all. All in all, what could have been a memorable and beautiful experience turned into a frustrating and disappointing one. The front desk staff was friendly, but unfortunately, they were clearly not prepared to properly receive guests. The hotel manager remained in a back office and was never seen during our entire stay — we were never approached or welcomed by them. We were told that a message about our situation would be forwarded to a supervisor, but to this day we haven’t received any reply or follow-up. We traveled all the way from Portugal specifically to visit this hotel in the chain, with high expectations, and ended up very disappointed. What saved our stay — and prevented the celebration to be a total disaster — was the restaurant. The team there was well-trained and attentive, especially Jessika, who took care of every detail with great professionalism and kindness. I am still waiting for the refund of the €300 that was charged at check-in as a “pre-authorization,” even though I had already paid in full through the hotel’s website. In the end, it wasn’t a pre-authorization — it was a direct debit. It has now been several days and I have received no resolution. I hope to hear from you soon, Valfrejus. Thank you.

We had 4 nights all inclusive in this hotel and was fantastic. Staff in hotel very friendly and kind, food was amazing. Very nice and modern place. Strongly recommending sowell. Thank you very much for nice holiday!

This hotel is a rip-off! We paid a fortune for the all inclusive package, but the food was terrible and barely eatable. The free bar was a joke, as they only offered cheap drinks and no service. We had to wait for ages to get a glass of water, let alone a cocktail. The worst part was when we found a rat in our room, running around and nibbling on our belongings. It was disgusting and frightening, especially for our baby who was sleeping in a cri We tried to contact the staff, but there was no one to help us. We spent the night awake and terrified, hoping the rat would not attack us. The next day, we checked out immediately and demanded a refund. The woman in the reception apologised and said they would compensate us if we kept quiet about the incident. But it was a lie, as we never received any money or communication from them. They ignored our calls and emails, and acted as if nothing happened. This hotel is a nightmare! Do not waste your money and time here! You will regret it!

If I could give zero stars, I would! My family and I stayed here this summer, but one night we discovered a rat in our room!!! We tried to find the staff, but nobody was at the reception desk until next morning. We did not dare to sleep since it almost bit our baby! We decided to check out the next morning and find another place for the rest of our vacation. The hotel apologised and promised us compensation in return for our silence. But we have not received the money and now we are being ghosted and ignored by the hotel. Worst experience ever! I will NOT recommend this place!!!

Staff were marvellous once we had got past the reception desk where there was rather a language barrier. Reception staff usually speak better English!! A particular mention for Amandine, Bertille, Katherine and the bar-man. They were all super-friendly, caring, helpful, nice to chat with. The food was fantastic, great variety and well prepared. Buffet style, and a noisy dining room, but great value for money. Bedrooms are basic but ok, and the bar area ran out of seats. The pool area needs a re-vamp. But otherwise, fantastic place and great value.

A very convenient location for our family, next to the ski facilities. The room was nice decorated, clean and cozy. The all inclusive food was very good and tasty, in a French style. We enjoyed a lot our stay and the only regret was that the planned holiday has been too short. We appreciated the kindness of the staff. All of them were very helpful,asking if we need something.
