**Long post but worth a read if condidering this hotel** This hotel was booked as our first and most probably last family holiday (due to mums health issues). There was 8 of us in total on the holiday this included myself, partner, 2 daughters, mum, my brother and partner, and another brother. On arrival I was extremely upset to find that my family had been booked into a room that sleeps only 3 when I had put in the original booking 2 adults and 2 children sharing, after telling the manager that I was extremely uncomfortable with my daughter not being in my room or us all squeezing in the small room the only option I was given was to pay 350 euros for a family room. I think this is absolutley terrible, this was refused as I simply couldng afford so this set us of to a bad start. The next issue was that my mum is disabled and cannot walk, she was put into the furthest room (only accessed by at least a 10 minute walk under the subway) I asked for her to be moved closer this was refused I genuinely thought she may not make it home after all the walking. We tried in vein to hire some type of mobility scooter, searched both towns and found nothing, however, the hotel was more than happy to hire a wheelchair (not fit for purpose) for 25 euros a day 🤯 that is literally 5 euros less than hiring a car. This didn't make it much easier for us as we had a steep hill to get up each night and she is quite a large woman. On many occasions I thought we was both going to be rolling down the hill, this was supposed to fulfill one of my mums final wishes, a family holiday, she told me she just felt like a burden. The rooms if big enough was ok, comfortable beds, tea and coffee making facilities, shower gel, 1 2 English channels on TV (news) was bearable. However, each day we hung the sign on our door to have our mini fridge restocked and this didn't happen once? I'm not quite sure why? To be honest I got the feeling that the staff just didn't like us 😕 which as you can imagine made us quite uncomfortable. The beach I cannot fault at all it was absolutely beautiful and literally on the hotels doorstep, managed to get sun loungers no problem each day. The sea also is stunning beautiful colours and beautiful sunsets each night. The weather also was in the 20s each day which was a very pleasant suprise. The pizza bar by the beach was great freshly made pizzas and salads was very nice and the downstairs barman seemed friendly. We also tried the mock tails and milkshakes at an extra cost (4 euros) was worth a treat. The upstairs restraunt had plenty of options and the food was enjoyed by the majority of the party. Always seemed to have something available for fussy eaters and the English pallette. To eat on the balcony with a sea view was a really treat. The nighttime entertainment was also very good always translated to English to so we could all understand some fab dance acts. On one occasion my 12 year old daughter asked for coke lights and was served with v

On arrival the receptionist was waiting outside for us and took our luggage to the check in. We should have arrived around 1am but due the plane being delayed we only arrived at 5:30am. He said breakfast starts at 7:30am but if you are hungry we can get some food for you if you like. Which was very nice, but we wasn’t hungry we just needed sleep. Once checked in he wheeled our cases and took us to our room. The room was lovely!! Flat screen tv, the bed and pillows was very comfortable, mini bar, lots of storage and nice big mirror. In the bathroom there is a big walk in shower and there is also a handheld shower too, there was little bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body washes. Around the sink area there is a nice big mirror, there was also little packets of soap, earbuds and face pads. Under the sink was towels, beach towels and slippers. There was plenty of storage around and under the sink. The lighting was very good for doing make up too. We was on the ground floor so instead of a balcony we had a patio with a big sliding door and our own little garden, which we loved. The whole room was spotless aswell has the whole hotel. Each day our room would be cleaned and given fresh towels. The pool and pool bar was about a 10 second walk from our room and around 30 seconds to the beach. Around the pool there was plenty of individual sun loungers and a few beds. There is also toilets near the bar and restaurant instead of going to your room, they had automatic doors and flush, again they was immaculate. On the other side of the pool bar is where they have the entertainment at night with lots of seating. They have a good variation of food at meal times and you also have the option to sit inside or out looking over the beach. There is a snack bar that does cakes, hot and cold drinks. A lobby bar in the reception. And there is another restaurant that does Italian and sea food. And lady makes pastries outside. We went in the spa we chose the vip package, which included the sauna, a Turkish massage ( it was so good I fell asleep), we then lay on a bed and they covered us up with a blanket and gave us a glass of water. Then we had a hot stone massage and facial and it cost 2000 lira and it was from 6pm - 8pm. There is also a hairdressers, doctor, jewellery shop, watch shop, clothes shop and a shop that sell snacks, floats, snorkels, toiletries ect. The beach loads of sun loungers and have little ceramic plant pots next to them for rubbish, around every 15 mins one of the staff comes with a bag to put all the rubbish in, it feels very safe to leave your stuff while you go into the sea. There is also security walking around our part of the beach to make sure no public come on. They also keep the grass and flowers around the hotel very maintained. At night when everything is closed they wash all the paths down so everything is clean for the morning. The markets are just across the road there’s two ways of getting there. Outside of the hotel there is a

Visited the hotel with our families from 5th-12th of October 2024. The weather was super during that time, very sunny and approximately 28 degrees every day. Loved the pool area which was pretty large and with great amount of sunbeds. Sea was also 2 steps away with beautiful clear water. Food was decent, great selection of fruits which we loved to have every morning, lunch and dinner. Our vacation was ruined by the fact that cleaning staff went through our bags and suitcases when they were cleaning our room (9am in the morning when we were at the spa having our pre-booked massages) and they stole over 300€ from 2 different wallets which were hidden in smalls pockets of our backpacks!!! None of our stuff was on the tables, it really needed effort to search the bags and find the small hidden wallets. Hotel staff was pretty rude with us at first when we told what has happened and the information they gave to us was always changing- it just didn’t make sense. Also it was very difficult to communicate with the staff due to their lack of English. In the end, we decided not to ruin our vacation totally and didnt turn into police because in the end it is word againts word (us vs cleaning lady). We do recommend you to carry your valued items always with you, such as cash, passports and jewelry + take photos of your items placing when you leave the room so you will have proof!!! But still…it is such a bad feeling when someone is going through your personal stuff. In the end the hotel at least offered us a free massage to compensate the situation.
