Pathetic experience at Manas Resort with Petting Zoo. They call themselves the Original resort, and true to their name, all facilities and amenities within the resort are original....as old as the resort itself, with no updation or replacement or repairs. The furniture is worn out, the sofa and mattress is torn and dirty, the cutlery is full of scratches and black. The pathways are slippery and full of moss, the lawns are unmowed, the pond water is unchanged and dirty, even the rooftops have weeds growing on them! When pointed out, the manager does not accept the sorry state of affairs and gives unacceptable reasons of monsoon. The monsoon cannot account for the dirty mattress, can it? The staff isn't courteous or well trained. To summarise, do NOT go to Manas resort with Petting Zoo, the Original, for the hospitality. The view is the only saving grace of the place.

Recently I visited manas resort igatpuri petting zoo I had a wonderful stay over there the rooms had a beautiful nature valley view and it was very clean and hygienic and the rooms bed was very comfortable and well set even I had enjoyed there special concept of petting zoo the pets was very friendly and the staff was very helpful and attentive like Mr Prashant in front office and in housekeeping I meet Mr rohan who put the efforts to make my stay memorable Specical thanks to Manas resort igatpuri.
