The George Hotel ★★★
"There is free wifi"
The Tytherleigh Arms ★★★
"My fault as didn’t check the small print but pub not open Monday and Tuesday for meals which was a real pain. Also breakfast could do with starting earlier in the week as 830am too late for business purposes, finally and a personal view hate self check ins so impersonal. Breakfast was very good"
Hills Farm Stays ★★★
"Firstly, the farm is an amazing set up and the cottages are great spaces for large groups. We did the axe throwing/archery/shooting activity which was amazing and done very well. We also had Sunday roast which was delicious and as we were a large group, I was impressed how efficiently it went and how good the food was. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end. Steve was rude and unprofessional towards our organiser. Our barn was unclean and after 3 days of cold showers, I was pleased to return home to hot running water. The wagon shed was boiling due to the aga and the bedrooms could not be properly ventilated. Honestly, the farm had so much potential to be great this weekend, but due to a lack of care for the barns and those paying large amounts of money to stay, it sadly falls short. "
Kates Farm Bed and Breakfast ★★★
"Booked for two nights after visiting River Cottage, met by Kate, lovely lady who runs the B & B.Lovely old Farmhouse in beautiful peaceful setting, with cosy rooms, nice ensuite shower room.Guest lounge next to bedroom if wanting to relax. Breakfast choice given to Kate the evening before, nice cooked breakfast, cereal and toast with a range of condiments also available. Location close to Lyme Regis,River Cottage and several other seaside towns."
Kerrington House ★★★
The Old Inn ★★★
"Just an overnight stay but such a friendly welcome! Despite the freezing temperatures outside, our room was warm and cosy. Wonderful breakfast cooked to order - will definitely return."
Cosy Snug Room - Near Lyme Regis - Private Balcony with Country Views & Free Parking ★★★
"Heavenly stay at Nether Leigh B&B! Warm welcome from John with great communication leading up to the trip. Lovely room with a comfortable bed, kitchen area, fire place, and our own private balcony with a view of the countryside! Fab location, opposite was a delightful tea room, and we were just a 12 minute drive to Lyme front beach. John and Sue had put so much love and thought into making the room a home away from home - complete with fresh milk and THE most delicious ginger biscuits we’ve ever eaten! Great value too. 10/10 - cannot recommend enough."
The Dairy at Wyke Farm ★★★★
"Wyke Farm is a fantastic place to stay. The accommodation is excellent, beautifully decorated and pristine. The layout is spacious and everything is catered for, from comfy beds to top quality appliances. The Whitakers are consummate hosts being great fun and nothing is too much trouble. The scenery is stunning and the location wonderfully relaxing and picturesque. The whole weekend was amazing and I would strongly recommend this for a family holiday, a quiet getaway or a party. Go for it!"
