"This has been such a fantastic holiday for our family. The location is excellent with direct access to the beach, which was beautiful and quiet. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean and well kept. Our room was spacious and with everything you would need, it was cleaned daily to a great standard. (We slept so well we nearly missed breakfast a couple of times!!). We stayed at half board and found the food nice with lots to choose from both at breakfast and dinner. The drinks were reasonably priced so half board was a great option for us. The pool area was always very clean with a great atmosphere. This was my children's first experience with a 'kids club' and they thoroughly enjoyed their experience there when they went. There was a variety of activities for adults to have a go at too and the staff who ran them were very approachable and engaging. The staff were ALL so kind and friendly - truly! We've been lucky to stay at some lovely hotels and enjoy trying new places but this was the first time myself and my children all said we would definitely come back. I would recommend for anyone wanting a relaxing break away, the area is quiet this time of year apparently but this was perfect for us."

"I have visited this Hotel about 24 times so have a good knowledge of the routine and have been present with both companies. Negative first. We had a problem with the discount not being applied and had to wait quite some time for the refund. The food variety does need improving. Every time I have visited there has been Tia Maria or Kahlua available but this time the coffee type liquor was not acceptable. I mentioned this to a few people including senior management, I was told they would try to rectify this many times with no success. I am thinking of bringing my own next time which is a bit ridiculous when on All Inclusive! As a client I noticed that food , entertainment and staff improved if there were more people making you feel as though it’s not worth the effort. I appreciate this is probably a monetary issue from the Hotels point of view but this my holiday and I am worth it. Now for the good points of which there are many. The Hotel has improved , it seems to have more room and is a lot brighter. As mentioned I have visited many times so the quieter location suits. It is in a lovely area. I feel at home as soon as I arrive. The staff are the jewel in the crown at this Hotel they are all so friendly and so helpful. Special mention to Louisa , Jose ( Italian restaurant) Jose ( entertainment) and of course Isabel on reception. I will be there again in May next year as I work in a school and have time off then and can relax with my sister. Thank you Alexandra Heaney"

"All the staff are great and very helpfull. They speack French, English, German, Portuguese and others. Rooms are very clean, large and with air condition. Large lobby with reception, bar and relax area. One big pool with two tobogans for kids and one big jacuzi and many sun loungers. The hotel give you free towels for the pool. You also have the beach very near, and the water is hot with small waves. Animation team is 5 stars during all day in the pool and during the night with shows in the theater. Kids club - Delfi, is one of the best for kids with activity's during all day, breakfast with kids and thematic dinner's with the hotel maskot Delfi. Superb breakfast, internacional buffet for lunch and dinner with show cocking. The ALL INCLUSIVE is a great option that includes alcohol drinks. It is recommended for family's with kids."

"A fantastic apartment with beautiful deportations. 4 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms , one wc. Roof terass, great dining and living room. Everything was fantastic. There is a food store one bloch away as well as a café/bar across the street. 10 minutes walking to downtown."

"What a fantastic hotel. Firstly, the style, decoration and design of the hotel is beautiful, so boutique and full of personality. Don't even get me started on the smell, I've never smelled anything so clean and nice before. Rooms were big, clean, comfortable beds, nicely designed bathrooms with character. Breakfast was excellent, a good spread of meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, yogurts, sweet treats, cooked breakfast items, coffees and juices. We ate one meal in the restaurant in the evening as it was too late to venture out, the food was excellent, the Iberican Pork with sauteed vegetables was great. The staff were always incredibly friendly and helpful, calling taxis for us etc. The golf course around the hotel is lovely, if not a little scary at times due to proximity of the hotel,.we played two rounds at the Links course which is a 20min drive away, we ate lunch at that clubhouse which was nice also. Location of the hotel is good, but you would need to drive or be happy to walk 1hr to check out Ayamonte which is worth a visit or the beach. Absolutely fantastic stay, would love to return.
