Basic needs of clean and comfy bed was provided. Shower was clean and towels were provided as well. Balcony is a shared space and room location is a bit far in (it’s a long stretch of corridor, at least 3x the standard hotel corridors). Not noisy. View from balcony is quite nice and comfy.

I arrived late night and the receptionist is very polite and helpful. I enjoyed my stay, but I would appreciate if the sound proving is better, I can hear the sounds from next door. Otherwise, the view and the bed is very comfortable.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Penang for three nights and had a pleasant experience. The hotel was in a convenient location, close to Penang Hill and many local food stalls. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a nice view of the city. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Penang for a relaxing and comfortable trip.

All good. An appealing hotel with reasonable rates. The area isn't too busy with traffic. Parking is available for just RM5 per day. It is clean and offers views of the hills.

So frustrating, what a waste of money! The staff couldn't understand anything I said, and a security guard had to step in to translate. I waited an hour just for a clean towel. And to top it off, the air conditioning was leaking. At least the duck rice next door was delicious.

I love the room. Below RM80 i can get spacious room. Bed really big. Aircond cold. Room clean. Staff friendly. Will stay here again if I come to Penang.
