The stay was pleasant. The room was spacious, and the breakfast selection was satisfactory. The staff were very friendly, and as our room was already available upon our arrival at 2:45 p.m., we were kindly allowed to check in early.

Good environment, clean and comfortable room for families member.. the hotel located in the middle's of malacca town and full of facilities. The swimming pool outside the hotel building also clean and suitable for kids and adult. Will repeat if come to malacca 🥰🥰

Clean room. Lucky had a nice view. Can see Bazaar Ramadan at night from our room.

MITC Hotel Melaka offers a comfortable and pleasant stay. The room was clean and well-maintained, although slightly small. It is suitable for solo travellers or short stays. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location is convenient, especially for those attending events at MITC. Overall, it’s a decent choice for business trips or solo travel in Melaka.

Nice place for families outing with great and warmest environment as well as great facilities. We enjoyed the great breakfast and great swimming pool throughout out staycation.

I decided to stay at this hotel for the  second time due to its convenient location and affordable online booking rate at Trip booking.There are Mc D behind n the restaurants also reachable, I mean within walking distance. The staff are very friendly , the room is clean , well decorated n the facilities are well maintained.The staff attended n response to our complaints immediately.Late check out with affordable price. Have complimentary drinks served at d lobby. However , the quality of the room door needs  to be improved .

We had a great stay at this hotel to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the hotel’s permission to hire an external decoration team to decorate the room, which made the celebration extra special. Overall, a pleasant and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Reasonable price for the short stay your having. Clean hotel, cold room (have to give some time to cool the room). The facilities not much but still okay, have swimming pool and cafe. Location wise was super near to plenty of food restaurant’s nearby. Room comes with 3pax breakfast. Just poor in noise insulation and no fridge provided in room.

The room I stayed in was neat and clean. However, the bathroom fittings were slightly unsatisfactory — the water hose had a minor leak, the shower head was loose and wobbly, and the water pressure was rather low. The mattress in my room is due for replacement, as it has sagged and is no longer ergonomic. I experienced some lower back discomfort upon waking. Aside from these issues, everything else was very satisfactory. The lighting was excellent.

Have a short 2d1n stay, location not ideal, the pillow very hard, but the hotel is affordable. You can have a try if you plan for short stay.
