We love this place. The owner is lovely. Nothing is too much trouble this is our 4 stay here and we plan to go back in 10 days to thw same destination to get married, if you have not been please book the staff and food are lovely clean and happy place

Just back from a 10 night stay at the Cosmelenia Hotel, third time we’ve stopped here now and we love it Rooms are clean and spacious Lovely pool and pool area - pool is open 8am - 6pm Food is delicious with a good menu choice every night Drinks are cheap Hotel staff are the best - especially Cornelia who works everyday 7am until gone 11pm Hotel is away from the centre of Ayia Napa - but bus stop stops right outside the hotel and it runs 24 hours a day and only costs 2 euros to get into Ayia Napa or Protoras ( a day ticket is only 6 euros ) and you can use the bus up until 5am the next day Hotel is literally a 5 minute walk up to the water park Highly recommended hotel, and we will definitely be booking a 4th trip and stay here

Terrible hotel — absolutely not recommended I have travelled around the world for 15 years, but I have never experienced a hotel like this one. The staff were unfriendly and the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained. There was no TV, the kitchen was missing basic equipment, and towels and bed linen were only changed once a week. The walls were falling apart, some beds were broken, and the overall standard of the rooms, cleanliness and service was simply unacceptable. The hotel also has a ridiculous number of rules. Guests are constantly watched and monitored, and if you do not follow their rules, you are told to go back to your country and go home. I have never encountered anything like this in all my years of travelling. There was a serious lack of basic facilities and equipment. Overall, the whole experience was a complete disaster. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Stay away from this place.

We stayed here as a family of 6, plus 2 family friends split between 2 apartments. The location is perfect, away from the madness and noise of the *****, but only a 2 minute taxi ride or a 30 minute walk. Makrinosis Beach is only a 5 minute stroll away and Nissi 15 minutes. The atmosphere is very relaxed, with music playing in the background during the day and evening. Good food is served all day, priced competitively there’s something for everyone. Rooms are what they are, not “all singing and dancing”, but they’re clean, have everything you need with fridge/freezer, a 2 ring stove and pans for knocking up a basic meal if you don’t fancy eating out. Linen and towels are exchanged every other day, the service is second to none and the team will help in any way possible to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Would I recommend this place? 100%. Would I come back? In a heart beat.

Absolutely beautiful, clean, quiet, amazing staff and so cheap. Food was nice and the receptionist lady was so lovely couldnt do more for me and my sister and friends she was a beautiful person. Rooms have everything u need although not the nicest ive seen the room was thoroughly cleaned 😀. Just perfect cant say anything bad at all thank you for a great few days would 100% recommend garden of Eden for the food which is a couple of minutes walk and the supermarkets were the staff are so friendly 😀. Great value for money 💰

I have just returned from a ten night stay here. The bar manager was absolutely fantastic. She worked incredibly hard day and night to ensure the smooth running of the hotel, along with the young lad working in the bar/ pool area. The hotel was lovely, rooms are basic but comfortable and the pool is perfect. We were made to feel welcome throughout- and I can only guess that the negative reviews shared during our stay were from the horrible disruptive group that had to be asked to behave! I would definitely recommend staying here and I cannot praise the bar manager and her staff highly enough - thank you for a great holiday :)

Worst hotel. This is my 3rd time in ayanapa.Very unfriendly staff and horrible manager. Toilets doesnt lock.rooms are very dirty. No shampoo,soap and absolutely nothing there.we had the hotel with breakfast and you can choose only 1 meal.for everything you should pay extra money even air conditioning!!! 7 days 50 EUR! They are giving you only one key for room. If u dont put your key in the room nothing is working so if you are outside you cant turn on air con and even charge something. I had very bad experience. I know that this is the last trip in this hotel for me and for all my friends,family members and everyone who I know. Dont recommend. This place is evil.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff were incredibly rude, unfriendly, and completely unprofessional. Instead of making guests feel welcome, they make you feel like you’re bothering them. The rooms were dirty, the furniture was broken, and the overall condition of the hotel was disappointing. They don’t even provide an extra room key, which is extremely inconvenient. To make matters worse, they charge extra for the air conditioning and seem to charge for absolutely everything. Instead of enjoying your vacation, you’ll constantly be dealing with unnecessary fees and an unpleasant attitude. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday, stay somewhere else. This hotel will only ruin your vacation.

The worst hotel ever! Very rude, unprofessional and crazy reception and owner! No sheet and towel changing! nothing at all! They also won't give you two keys for a room, you need to pay for everything, there are no toiletries at all! They beat the guests for being in the pool till 6:01 PM, because the rule is until 6PM. The owner in the reception says that he decides when to let you in the room (not standard check-in hours) etc. There are many things I want to say! JUST AVOID THIS SO CALLED HOTEL!
