Eleana Hotel

Wonderful hotel! The location is just super, everything is very convenient. The staff is awesome, incredibly friendly and helpful. A special big shout-out and thank you to the girls at the reception for such a warm welcome! 🫂 The cuisine is absolute perfection 🤩, bravo to the chefs and waiters — the entire restaurant team did a fantastic job. Thank you to the management for such excellent organization. I will definitely be back! 🥰

My husband and myself booked in for one night & joined 6 friends celebrating 2 birthdays. We were delighted with the hotel. Lovely & bright, spotlessly clean, excellent service & delicious food. George looked after our table of 8 during dinner very attentively. Breakfast in the morning was excellent with an amazing choice of different breakfast foods. Our room was also very pleasant and we had all we needed for a comfortable night.

Very good stay, good location, clean and nice breakfast.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay – Can’t Wait to Return! What was originally meant to be a one-night getaway turned into a wonderful three-night stay, simply because I was enjoying myself too much to leave! I booked an all-inclusive stay in a beautiful swim-up room, and once again, Eleana Hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was absolutely lovely, spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and provided the perfect setting to relax and unwind. What truly makes this hotel special, however, is its wonderful staff. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely welcomed. Every member of the team I encountered was exceptionally friendly, warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Their hospitality creates such a lovely atmosphere and makes you feel truly valued as a guest. Having stayed at Eleana Hotel before, I already had fond memories of the place, and I am delighted to say that this visit was every bit as enjoyable. There is something particularly special about returning to a hotel and experiencing that same warmth, comfort, and excellent hospitality all over again. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for making my stay so memorable. You are a real credit to the hotel! I will most definitely be booking again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Eleana Hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and genuinely welcoming getaway! ❤️

Clean and modern rooms. Noise insulation through the doors could’ve been better. Bathroom needs ventilation Pool was nice. Pool bar was great. We ate every meal at the hotel, restaurant was solid. But what we loved the most about the stay was the friendly staff! Shoutout to Irene and Clara ＜3 Thank you for taking care of us this week. Hotel is grandparent approved!

Stayed at the Elena 3/8/29 to 10/8/26, we had such a relaxing stay, we had a swim up room 002, the room was lovely, clean, tidy and comfortable, the swim up pool needs a little revamp though. The location is perfect, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Ayia Napa night life but within walking distance if you want to go OUT OUT 😉 Plenty of shops and supermarkets close by if you need anything. The atmosphere at the hotel is super relaxed, there isn’t entertainment every day / night but when they do have it it’s very good. All staff are super friendly especially Irene and the pool bar staff always looking to be helpful to everyone 💖 The restaurant and pool bar offer lots of food choices and it’s really tasty and it’s extremely clean. There was some noise a couple of nights with other guests coming home in the early hours, but it didn’t last long and they were also on holiday enjoying themselves 😊 There are no sun-bed wars plenty for everyone 👍🏻 It’s definitely value for money and I would highly recommend if you want a relaxed stay with great night life close by and also within easy reach of the beach. I would definitely give my stay 9/10

Beautiful hotel with a great atmosphere and excellent service. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the staff is very friendly , specially Lyudmila.A lovely place to relax and enjoy your stay!

Me and 4 friends came to stay at the Eleana Hotel. I was apprehensive of its 3* rating but I was pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean and modern, the pool area was perfect and the food was great. It wasn’t a huge buffet but there was always something for everyone. There were a few downsides - we were all inclusive and the pool bar shut for all inclusive food and drinks during the day unless you paid for it. The menu at the snack bar was very limited on all inclusive and the rest had to be paid for - I’ve never been somewhere like that before! Also at check out our bracelets were cut off and we couldn’t get food and drinks until we left for the airport - again this is disappointing and probably why the hotel only receives 3*. All in all we had a great holiday, Ayia Napa is beautiful and the hotel is a short walk to the beach. We had a few problems in our room - the safe wouldn’t work, the fridge was leaking and maintence came the next day to sort both out. With a few tweaks this hotel could be greatly improved!

Everything FANTASTIC. Very nice place and very clean. The BREAKFAST WAS Absolutely delicious. The staff very friendly, expecially Lyudmila lot she always helps. Recommend this hotel
