A hotel that surprised us very pleasantly. Exceptional breakfast thanks to Chef Veli and Mely. The hotel is very close to the beach, has a fitness room, a private swimming pool and a lime tree!‍️ The view from the balcony is beautiful! Extremely close to the resort and the restaurants in the center. We are very pleased with the choice made!

1 of the best holidays we have ever had and we have been to many destinations The hotel has a very relaxing and chilled vibe Very clean from the beautiful rooms to the immaculately kept grounds Breakfast very fresh The staff are amazing from the very friendly manager Roy to the Chefs to the Bar staff and the cleaning staff....all were very good to both us and our children... My youngest boy made special friends with a lovely lady of which I can't remember her name but we will see you all again as have booked to return in the 23rd of August and cannot wait... Not many places I can say I would return to again and again but this is for sure 1 of them See you soon guys

One of the best hotels in Ayia Napa. The rooms are large and very clean, and the service is excellent. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. I dealt with the employee “"Veronika"”, who was smiling and very helpful. I highly recommend the hotel. Excellent location.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the whole area was spotless and everything was very clean. Nothing was too much trouble for the team. The hotel is perfectly located right across from a beautiful beach and within walking distance of the town center. During our stay, they opened a new fitness center, which was a great addition. They also started hosting a pool party every Saturday, creating a fun and lively atmosphere that made us want to spend even more time by the pool. We would definitely love to come back again!

Such a warm welcome, Special thanks to Melina , Roy and all the other staff. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond. The bedrooms are modern, very well equipped and just incredibly comfortable. The bathrooms are luxurious and the bed is extremely comfortable. I had the best night sleep and so did the kids on the sofa bed. The decor is all new and the hotel is very nicely decorated. The location is ideal for exploring and you have many wonderful places nearby. We can’t wait to return again and will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff at Cyprotel for making our stay so comfortable.

We loved this hotel so much, we would certainly come back. The staff are lovely, saying hello all the time. The room had everything we could ask for. Loved the pool area, nice and spacious, great bar drinks too! Also the bar in the evening was amazing -- great and tasty drinks. The hash browns at breakfast were the star of the show - it made me sad they weren't available every day. But truly a wonderful stay for our holiday! So close to everything we needed, near wonderful restaurants and 2 mins from the beach. Perfect!

We stayed at Florida hotel for 6 nights 19 to 25 September we can't praise the hotel enough, everything for us was great the only thing we were disappointed in was that we missed out on having a pool and seaview room.The staff were all friendly and helpful,the breakfast was really good.The manager was a lovely man who has some great ideas to improve even more what we thought was a fantastic hotel. Thank you to all the staff. Robert and June Dickinson.

We like this hotel very much! We were lucky to have found this hotel in the ********** app. We find ourselves to like this hotel very much after our stay! The one-bedroom accommodation we stayed was enough large for two adults and kept clean during our stay, it had also a great sea view! All the hotel staff were always polite and pleasant. My wife had her birthday during our holiday and the hotel staff arranged a surprise birthday champaine bottle with a happy-birthday note waiting for us in the room, what a lovely surprise! The breakfast every morning offered us a desent variety of choices, vegi and fruits were always fresh. The hotel will be definitely our first choice, when we come back to Aiya Napa in the future!
