Zoi Ayia Napa

I have mixed feelings about this hotel. I booked during peak season so naturally the price was higher. I unfortunately do not think it’s worth the money. The room was okay, but bed was quite uncomfortable. There were also ants in my room as well. The basic room is not really a huge problem, but my biggest gripe is probably the noise. The walls are thin and I was awoken multiple times during the evening by loud neighbors coming back from a night out. And I’m generally fine with a little noise but this was excessive. I feel bad writing this because the owner was very nice, but I did not get any sleep at all. I understand it’s a Friday night and it’s a party town, but maybe having a quiet hours policy would make the stay more enjoyable for guests.

Very friendly atmosphere… family owned and operated… everyone has a smile on their face… a shout out to Nickolas, Rita, Hussien :)))) Very delicious cuisine (Levant). The staff are very attentive to the little details that we ask for :) Thanks heaps for making our stay a brilliant and an unforgettable one indeed!

One if the best hotels. Very clean and comfy. Rooms are spacious and clean. U dont hear any noise from outside. The street is very calm.location is perfect nissi avenue is few steps away and supermarket is just at the doorstep and a very close atv rental. The owners make u feel at home.

Overall, this is a decent budget hotel in a really good location. It’s only about a 10-minute walk to the main ***** in Napa for the clubs, and around 15 minutes to the main road with restaurants, shops, and beaches nearby, which made it really convenient. The rooms were well-equipped with a fridge freezer, kettle, and microwave, which was very handy, and the air con worked well. The pool was also a nice size and good for relaxing by in the day. There were a couple of downsides though. The bed sheets on arrival weren’t clean, which was disappointing, and when we asked to change them, the night staff weren’t very helpful. Some staff overall could have been friendlier, which did take away from the experience a bit. Breakfast also wasn’t great – very limited options and the bread wasn’t the freshest. That being said, if you’re after a budget stay in a good spot near everything, it does the job. I’m not sure I’d return, but it could work well for anyone mainly looking for a base close to the action.

Amazing place to stay in Ayia Napa

Very comfortable and clean hotel The staff weee very hospitable and accommodated all our requests. It’s also the perfect location right at the top of Bar ***** yet quiet and peaceful at night. Thank you Nicolas and Bibiana for such great hospitality and for making our holiday a memorable one. We will be back!!!!

The rooms are spacious and very clean. It has a full size fridge, microwave m, kettle, sink so you’d be able to store food etc. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We had. 3 year old with us and they were very accommodating even bringing paper and colouring pens for her to keep her amused! The breakfast offered is more than enough to start your day, choose from English or continental, and cereal, juices, water tea or coffee. We were only there for 2 nights but definitely recommend this as a place to stay. It’s ideally situated close to the centre, and beach, didn’t make use of the pool as we were only here for a flying visit. Brilliant stay!
