The room was cold and felt damp. The heating kept clicking off after a few minutes, even though it hadn’t reached the desired temperature. And the room was very cold too. 16 degrees at one point when I looked on the thermostat. The bathroom was in a poor state of repair and smelt very mouldy and damp and there were visible patches of mould on the ceiling and on the door and doorframe. The room was also very noisy, and we could hear footsteps from the floor above and people walking past outside.

We stayed for our winter meet, and from booking in to when we left everything was brilliant! Clean rooms, great service and fabulous staff. A comfortable bed, and a perfect night’s sleep…… what more could you ask for. Looking forward to next year.

Premier Inn Aylesbury I recently stayed here for 1 night which after along tiring long distance travelling by train & arriving late evening me & my son found on arrival the door card not working when checking into our room. Also I had asked when booking my reservation 1 room with twin beds for me & my son which I ended up with 1 double bed & a uncomfortable sofa bed which my son had a restless night's sleep. There was no breakfast the next morning to then finding out there was nowhere local nearby to get something to eat within walking distance. First time staying there was disappointing & dissatisfied. The positives, staff on reception very friendly and helpful, room was clean. The negatives, car park area is very untidy, lots of rubbish dumped around the area, rooms are tired and smell a bit fusty, the corridor downstairs smelled of ****, there is no dinner or breakfast option available, although the pub next door does food, but no breakfast. I use Premier Travel Inns alot, but finding alot of them are not up to standard lately.

Over night stay, rooms are clean, comfortable and good for what we needed. The reception staff were friendly. Quick and easy check in / out. Not bad value for money. We booked a family room. Only issue was not enough tea cups , tea bags , sugar or milk in the rooms but if you ask house keeping or reception more than happy to get this for you , they have tea bags etc at the reception desk so you can help yourself if you run out.

Really cannot complain much as only paid £58 per night. Front of desk staff all very pleasant and helpful. Room clean (though mould around the bath edge). Aylesbury a bit crap but hardly the hotels fault. Oh, couldn,t adjust the room temp up or down but 19.5 degreesC not too bad anyway. So all in all okay if you have to stay in Aylesbury. Suggest you stay in a different town if you can though.

Excellent stay in a pleasant, clean and tidy hotel. Very polite, cheerful and helpful staff. We were given an upstairs room, as requested. Additional towels and tea, coffee and milk were easily available on request. Super room at super price. We've been before and will go again.
