Absolutely Awful. Avoid! We booked this as it was the only accommodation available close to where we were working. On arrival, the check in is very far from the hotel main door. The key they gave us didn’t work so we had to go back to reception before we could get in. When we got into the room it just got worse. The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and there were cigarette butts on the window sill and jammed into the window mechanisms. The bed had blood stains on it. There was debris left on the shelves from the last occupant. The toilet was filthy, there were dirty towels on the floor and hairs over the bathroom. We went to ask for a refund, the staff on site cannot process this. They couldn’t offer us another room the same as we had booked but we wouldn’t have wanted to stay anyway.

I booked this for a simple nights accommodation in Aylesbury. I arrived at 730pm and the reception was closed so I had to walk across to the stadium to get the room key. The key didn’t work, so I had to walk back and get a new key. I opened the door and it was absolutely filthy. Stank of stale cigarettes, with ash and hair in the bathroom - dirty bed linen and dirty towels in the room. Don’t stay there - it’s grim.

Very basic. Expensive for what it is. Old fashioned worst place ive stay in a while. Only stayed as within walking distance of Stoke mandeville hospital. Was visiting family member in hospital. Needs serious updating.

stayed at this hotel on saturday night it was horrific!! worst hotel i have stayed in. the room was dirty literal snot marks on the bed. nothing positive to say. not worth the £78 at all. room was not clean at all, dust everywhere not great for being asthmatic. awful!!

Nothing spectacular, just a basic hotel that is probably at a lower level than a Travelodge or Premier Inn. Generally nobody on reception and you have to try and get the staff from the sports centre to assist if possible. If you try the phone in reception as suggested, it goes to voicemail and that doesn't get answered.
