Даже не успели заселиться! Нам дежурный администратор при входе, прямо сказал, что нам тут не рады и мы можем вообще больше сюда не приезжать. На вопрос, как можно относиться так к отелю, в котором работаешь? Ответ: "Я же не владелец, и мне всё равно." Ранее мы тут несколько раз останавливались - всегда с "приключениями", но такого уровня хамства ещё не было.

出差到此 房間整潔但是床小 缺點是沒有辦公桌 外部環境很好 步行約一公里就是小公園和超市飯店 尤其亞速海很美 契訶夫飯店很漂亮菜式很精緻 wood house也不錯

Были в бизнес номере 16.09.2023 в отеле оказывается по выходным проводятся свадебные мероприятия, долбит музыка так что стены шевелятся в номере , обратился на ресепшен , готовы сделать возврат денег , ну как это решает проблему , когда ты приехал отдохнуть , спа зона маленькая , бассейн эф холодные , вообщем стоит номер 8915, как в Хаятт в Ростове , но за аналогичные деньги вы получите испорченный отдых и головную боль от музыки , максимум 3 звезды за все , за не удобства доставленные за отдых 0 .

Несколько лет останавливаемся в Сохо. Все устраивало, были очень довольны и всем рекомендовали ваш отель.Сегодня, 3.11.22 позвонил что бы забронировать номер. Разговор закончился скандалом и испорченным настроением. Администратор проявила некомпетентность и хамство. Стараясь избежать конфликта я попросил соединить меня с менеджером, на что мне сказали что ни с кем меня соединять не будут…Это было последней каплей. Прощай Сохо! Очень жаль, спасибо вашему менеджеру по кадрам, отличная работа(
