The staff were incredibly attentive, and that was definitely the highlight of the stay, but other than that, this hotel is by no means a 4-star property! Regarding the staff, the gentleman who checked us in was super friendly, and the breakfast ladies were also very helpful. The breakfast was good, nothing extraordinary but I also have no complaints about it. The spa area was neglected, with very dirty windows and the changing rooms smelling of mold. The corridors and common areas all had the same problem: filthy windows and a moldy smell, giving an impression of poor cleanliness. When we got to the room, it also smelled as if it had been closed up for several days. Furthermore, the hotel is in serious need of maintenance: scratched walls, scuffed cabinets, outdated furniture and carpets, and the bathroom had signs of dampness… I believe it might have been better in the past, but the hotel urgently needs a major renovation, or its rating should be re-evaluated, because giving this hotel 4 stars is completely misleading.

Short break getaway! Great location, Lovely room comfortable bed had a great night sleep . , I fully enjoyed the health spa. Swim sauna and steam room. Check out the Santana restaurant Buffet lunch all home made food , delicious ! Overall it was a lovely stay, a peaceful retreat just what I needed from the hustle and bustle ( Lobdon ) from the city life .

Excellent location, excellent spa. Receptionists were inactive: upon arrival, several people were checking in, and there were 4 employees supposedly there to assist, however, only one employee was doing the check-ins, another was watching, and two others were chatting! Very unprofessional in a reception area full of people waiting to be served. The room was well located, however, there were two cups for coffee, and both were completely dirty; someone used them and they weren't washed! In the bathroom, ants were crawling on the floor. The mattress was very uncomfortable and completely sank! It's a shame there are so many negative points when the place and the building itself have enormous potential, but with so many negative points, the 4 stars it has are not justified!

For a young couple and the place it is, we didn't think it was a very good hotel 🙂

The experience, quite good. They should improve the breakfasts, they are very poor. I've been in previous years, and it was something else. The prices did change, but not the quantity and quality. The wall in the room is very dirty. I wanted a coat of paint. Little maintenance

Uma vergonha ter que pagar taxa dec2€ , fazer um fim de semana no meu país e pagar taxa . VERGONHA .  Piscina não dava para mergulhar sequer , muita gente . Ter casamentos ou batizados tudo bem , mas esses mesmos utilizarem a piscina para quem vai relaxar num fim de se baba por amor de Deus é simplesmente vergonhoso

Foi a quarta vez que estive neste hotel, e cada experiência foi otima. Sem duvida o exillibris deste hotel é o spa. Para dias de relaxe, descanso, sair da rotina e do stress e renovar energias, vão ter otimos dias. Staff simpático, instalações boas. Otima cama e pequeno almoço divinal

Excelente, adoro voltar. Em casal ou com os meus filhos, um dos meus hotéis de eleição.

Tuvimos una mala experiencia,dos de las tres habitaciones que habíamos reservado no funcionaba la calefacción, nos cambiaron de habitación y paso exactamente lo mismo, seguían sin funcionar la calefacción,nos gustó el hotel pero este detalle es algo a tener en cuenta para una próxima vez
