Our first impression was excellent, thanks to the professionalism of the staff. Upon arrival, the bellman team helped us carry our bags to the room since the staircase was quite steep. The front desk staff was also very helpful in arranging a motorbike rental for us to explore the area. Throughout our stay, the housekeeping and restaurant staff worked efficiently and with great enthusiasm, making us feel truly welcomed. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and offered a great view. Breakfast options were a bit limited but still acceptable. Unfortunately, we visited during the wrong season, so the rice fields were not at their most beautiful. However, we will definitely return as soon as possible!

Beautiful location - complete with rice terraces, mountain views and a large infinity pool. Food was okay, but very affordable. Great service from staff who were very friendly and helped carry bags up the steep steps. Rooms are clean and well maintained

Pu Luong is a beautiful peaceful place in the mountains. We stayed here for 3 nights and found the staff at Bocbandi Resort to be very friendly, happy, courteous and provide an honest service. Thank you Bocbandi, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed here as a part of our Trip a Deal tour. Lovely place. I asked to change rooms for a better view and the staff were very accomodating. The steps are many and steep BUT it’s worth it for the views. Lovely food for this vegetarian. Freshly made omelette for breakfast was delish. Poolside with drinks from the bar made it feel like a fabulous and indulgent break.

I challenge anyone to find a better view from an infinity pool in any hotel in the world. It’s utterly fabulous! Initially, over rice terraces then over the lush near hills and finally to views of the far mountains on the other side of the valley. Wonderful. The rooms are great – big comfy beds and excellent showers, the bar is in the perfect spot and the foods good too. Come for the pool but stay for the rest!

Went as part of a tour. The hotel itself is lovely and scenic. Good options are average compared to elsewhere in Vietnam. The room we had was nice, clean, and everything worked as it should. Breakfast was not very inspired. The pool is nice to have on hot days. The pool bar was not always open. The thing to consider is the amount of steps to get anywhere. We counted around 120 steps from the road to the restaurant located in the middle of the site. Not too bad if you are quite fit, but add in 35 C temps, and 90% humidity, and it loses it's fun going down to the pool and back. Bit that is the hotel, the trade off for the great views, is a bit of a walk up and down stairs to get anything.

After a beautiful welcome, bags taken to your room, you may need to climb some steps, however on arrival to your room you will see the view is definitely worth it. Rooms are large, clean and have everything you need. Immersed into the mountainside, beside the rice fields. Chickens running around wild, it’s a beautiful place to get away and relax. Pool is amazing with sensational views and a bar located steps away also with another stunning view. Staff are so friendly. Wish we were here longer.

This resort is in an outstanding location. It is situated on the eco forest hillside with fantastic mountain view and fresh mountain air. The rooms are very private, spacious with 5 star rated facilities. A very comfortable king sized bed and beautiful garden fauna. Fully recommended for someone seeking eco forest experience.
