We booked a deluxe premier room and requested anniversary decorations. To our surprise, upon entering the room, there were decorations and a cake, exactly as requested (not all hotels accommodate requests like this in our experience). There are many facilities for children, including kids' activities. It's perfect for a family staycation, and there are many good restaurants in the area around the hotel too. Always a Great Stay – Even Better This Time! This is my fourth time staying at Aston Sentul Hotel, and I’m happy to say it just keeps getting better. I noticed several upgrades since my last visit, especially in the friendliness and attentiveness of the hotel staff — they truly made the stay more welcoming. The biggest improvement for me was the breakfast. Compared to my previous stays, the variety has increased significantly, and everything was delicious. It’s clear they’ve put a lot of effort into making 9it a better experience. Another pleasant surprise this time was the complimentary dinner buffet. Just like breakfast, it offered a wide range of tasty dishes — a great value and very enjoyable. Overall, I’m really impressed with the improvements and the consistent quality. Will definitely be back again!

Our family trip was delightful! The room service was excellent, the food was delicious, and the room was clean with a great view. Overall, Aston Sentul Hotel gets a 9/10 from us – fantastic!

The room was nice and clean and the Mountain View from balcony was great. The staff were very attentive, efficient and friendly. Would definitely go back.
