"Absolutely fantastic, loved everything about our experience/trip. The food was phenomenal, the staff were so lovely and our Safari guide Bonny was completely outstanding. The staff and security went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience, which is exactly what we did. The chefs were superb, amazing food and incredible lunchboxes during our day Safari trips. The desserts were great, we all fought over the last pieces, especially the meatballs which we had to split the last meatball into 4 pieces. The security made us feel so safe, they are brilliant at what they do and are so kind to us. We did not want to leave, and can’t wait to go back."

"The hotel is very close to Tarangire Park, where elephants come to drink water at midday. The rooms are indeed single-story tin-roofed houses (green tin houses in the distance in the picture below). The rooms are small, but the bedding and towels are very clean. WIFI is only available in the dining area; there is no signal in the rooms. No toothbrushes, slippers, electric kettle, or bottled water are provided. A cup is provided to drink from the tap (supposedly filtered). All hotel drinks are charged separately without prior notice; payment is only made after the drink is finished."

Tarangire Elephant Springs

"My wife and I have stayed at this lodge during our honeymoon and it has seriously exceeded our expectations. The dining/breakfast area overlooks the park and we could see and hear animals during our meals. The food is excellent and the service staff are incredibly attentive. Our waiter Elias was very cheerful and was able to tell us about the park and its animals. The room itself was luxurious with a balcony overlooking the night sky, and the bed is super comfortable."

"We had a great visit at the Tarengerie Sopa Lodge. Like many other travelers we were blown away by the wonderful staff who were so quick to make sure your stay was comfortable and pleasant. We enjoyed service from Good Luck at dinner and Marlon at the bar who were incredible. The rooms are spacious and we liked the “hut theme”. It was impressive to us how nice the rooms are when the hotel operates on a generator. That was amazing. Like others mentioned if you come in warm temperatures there is no air conditioning. They have fans but it does make it a little less comfortable to sleep. That being said, we were able to “tough it out” our 2 night stay because the food, people, service and atmosphere was outstanding. Liked this park much more than Ngorogoro and the Serengeti!!! The wildlife was spectacular"
