This hotel has been open for many years, but it's not clean, and the service is far from welcoming. The restaurant staff have a terrible attitude, and the front desk is no better – they really lack any sense of customer service. I will definitely not be staying here again.

The front desk staff spoke Chinese, which made communication easy, and they were incredibly helpful. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit. The room itself was just mediocre. We checked in very early in the morning, and the front desk explicitly told us check-out was at 3 PM. However, when we checked out a little after 1 PM the next day, the front desk suddenly claimed check-out was at 12 PM and demanded an extra fee. We disagreed and argued for a bit before heading to the restaurant for lunch. To our utter disbelief, the front desk staff *followed* us there, insisting we pay for the bottled water we had consumed from the room 😓. Seriously, in all my years, this is the first time I've ever heard of a hotel charging for standard in-room bottled water! It was so ridiculous it made me laugh. Too exhausted to argue anymore, I simply paid the 4 RMB. Just a heads-up for fellow travelers!
