Hotel environment price is very good, very satisfied, the room is relatively large, the facilities are relatively good, very clean, sleep more comfortable, the only downside is that the parking lot is relatively small, others are very good.

I loved everything about this hotel. It's located centrally in Bac Giang providing easy access to all areas of the city. It provides a high level of security with a security outpost at the entrance and further security to the rear. There is ample secure parking for all types of vehicles bikes, motorcycles and cars alike . The entrance lobby is very grandiose and spacious, decorated with wonderful chandeliers, a spiral staircase, the Van Ha Bar , a centrally located 24 hour reception where your every need will be cared for. My room was clean and spacious and was cleaned exquisitely on each day of my stay. The view from my window was onto the grand square and was fantastic I was provided with a greeting gift on my arrival. The bathroom was superb. The wifi was excellent. The restaurant is fantastic and so spacious with huge windows providing a view onto the square where the cities people go exercising in the early morning and at sunset. The choice of food for breakfast was many , varied with all fresh and perfectly prepared and wonderfully presented. The staff at this hotel were the kindest, most attentive and helpful as I've ever met. I hope I'll get the opportunity to stay at this hotel again. Paul Clarke

The bedding is soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The staff's service attitude is warm and thoughtful. The hotel's catering is also commendable, with a rich variety of breakfasts and delicious taste.

The room is quite big, it is expensive, the boss is easy to talk, but the neighborhood is a bit dangerous, there is a robbery after 12 o'clock in the evening, don't go out, it's too scary, the room is too big, there is delicious coffee,

Advantages: The price is relatively affordable, the breakfast is rich, it is across the road from the GO! supermarket in Bac Giang, there is a safe in the room, a washing machine in the stairwell, and a special space for drying clothes outside the stairs. It is high up and has a good view of the characteristic colors of the houses in Bac Giang, Vietnam. The auntie cleans every day, and there is no problem communicating with the front desk auntie in Chinese. Disadvantages: The room is quite old, the furniture and facilities are old, the layout is relatively compact, and the noise from the road across the street is still quite loud when you sleep with the windows open at night. The hotel is located about 20 minutes' walk from the center of Beijiang City, which is a bit off the beaten track. The price-performance ratio is still relatively high, and the overall recommendation is 4 points.
