Hotel with a lot of humidity, with rooms that do not look like the hotel's presentation photos. The rooms are dark, old, without any amenities (no towels, no accessories, etc.). The staff is not attentive or does not have the power to make decisions or take initiatives to improve things.
We gave up on taking our room, and for a week now on hold, no response from the hotel, despite Trip's attempts to contact them.
We had to find an emergency solution on our own.
I absolutely do not recommend this establishment.

It is a must again to stay at this amazing hotel friendly staff great value , locations , rooms , walkable. Near restaurants by , market , the laguna is about 5 block away , they offer great laguna tours , information on hand and generally it is a great hotel to stay in for any travels need

Wow, I had such a great time at this hotel. The scenery was amazing and it was so comfortable. The receptionist Gabriella was so helpful with everything I needed and I felt so taken care of the whole trip, and gave me advice for great food options nearby.

Excellent place, how quiet, the pool has a relaxing atmosphere. Good location of points of interest and very close to the lagoon! Near the bus station and the market place. without a doubt 100% recommended. Ask for Miguel, he will always help you.

My finance and I visited this beautiful place and we will definitely come back. The hotel is super close to the market where you can get fresh produce. The laguna is also about 5 blocks away. Antonio was AMAZING. We were super lost /our GPS wasn’t working when we arrived, so he kindly helped us with directions. He gave us recommendation on fun places to visit and good places to eat. He also found us a great coffee shop to do our remote work at! His charisma and friendliness was welcome. The food is great, the pool is amazing, and the rooms are clean with a modern touch! Thanks for having us :)

Mayanh Condo Hotel is a very good value for the money. The staff, especially Antonio was very helpful answering all of our questions and in assisting us with organizing our stay. There is a pool and gardens and different tour options. Thank you for all the help.
