I even had a bit of a mishap: I tried to open the door with my key card three times, but it wouldn't budge. I even suspected someone was inside because the room number light was blue. The front desk lady immediately took me upstairs and opened the door on the spot, which was quite embarrassing, but thankfully she didn't mind. A big thank you to the front desk lady! For this level of service, I highly recommend this place!"
