The air con was not really working that well, no (toothbrush, toothpaste, soap nor shampoo was there) like indicated in the e-receipt. The service was not really that urgent when it comes to costumer’s needs but overall, it’s good for the price. I hope the service will be much more attentive.

When we came to check-in, the rooms we have booked have no aircon system due to recent typhoon but not indicated in our booking. The initial assigned front desk in charge was not helpful at all, no initiative and don’t know how to handle situations and problem solving. Since the manager is not yet there, we opt to talk to her with the uncomfortable situation we are in and what they can do with it. Initially we wanted to cancel our booking (paid ahead using gcash) but the facility said that we would just contact trip.com because the payment we had was with them and not in the facility and trip has to communicate with them because in the guidelines, they don’t accept free cancellation. So we contacted the manager and she said that she was still away for some errands and just let trip communicate with her or their facility. After several attempts of cancelling the booking with trip, we called the inn because what trip.com frequently answered was the hotel wasn’t responding yet to their message but as we went there and calling the inn, there has been no communication sent by trip.com to the inn’s email or even in their phone. In the end, the manager arrived and we haggled and she offered us a room for all of us but the CR is outside the room but it has aircon in it, so we opted to stay since what we paid will not be refunded anymore. Instead of having 4 rooms with 2 persons occupying each room for privacy, we ended up in one big room but only 1 CR which is located outside the room. The room offered to us also have 2 sockets only and we are 8. We are only having a vacation there but it gave us great inconvenience. If only they have published it ahead of time that there was no aircon, I could have not chosen it for our 2 day stay. We were accommodated eventually (but not to what we paid and booked) but only after rigorous haggling and suggestions, went to and fro rooms. It was all a big hassle. Never again, if we have other choices. Not recommended.

Rotting toilet door, cigarette burn holes on the bedsheets. Other rooms being used by multiple groups with shoes and slippers in the corridor. No hot water. Very bad for senior citizens and families with young children.

the hotel should consider accepting cancellation of booking based on the reasons of the client with full free refund. example: the customer can not travel due flight disruptions.

Place is okay. Facility is good. Bathroom is very small. For budgetarian traveler.

Poor facilities

Room too small. Some sinks don’t work, no hot water in restrooms.
