What was really frustrating was the completely self-service nature, including problems in the room that the hotel couldn't address promptly. All the rooms have heating and AC, and the hotel was also very close to the train station. The hotel owners are also always eager to help you. the highlight of this stay was when Jasmin helped us plan our activities during our stay, with an annotated map and local insight. This really saved us from headaches and research regarding our visit to the area."
