The ground floor apartment can be reached via just a few steps. Living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom have a modern standard; nevertheless, the apartment is cozy with a feel-good character: The spring-cushioned seating group in the living room invites you to relax, and for entertainment there is a multimedia Smart TV with free WiFi. The complete kitchen with seating area has an oven and ceramic hob, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and more. V. M. In the spacious double bed, the bedroom has comfortable 7-zone mattresses with adjustable slatted frames and cozy bedding. Bath with shower, sink and IWC complete the bathroom.
